Monferrato : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

Paola en Silvio zijn ontzettend gastvrije hosts. Ze wonen beneden in het dorp en hebben dit pand zelf als tweede woning waar ze af en toe verblijven. Ernaast is de zelfstandige vakantiewoning. We voelden ons helemaal thuis en hadden een authentieke Piemontse ervaring met de echt mooie omgeving. Paola gaf goede tips voor de omgeving, veel dank voor de prachtige ervaring. De wifi werkt, maar is door de afgelegen ligging niet altijd stabiel genoeg om intensief mee te werken. Houd dus vakantie hier.

Alberto and his family were so welcoming and his apartment was perfect. Beautiful location, spotlessly clean and lovely views. The country lanes are perfect for walking/running with many villages nearby. Restaurant downstairs open at weekends.

If you want the Mulino experience, authentic location, genuine, kind, friendly host……look no further. We had a mind blowing weekend and we leave having made new friends. Touched by the kindness and generosity of Nicolas and a huge bonus in meeting Uncle Bruno who touched our hearts . We will be back x

Ottima esperienza che ripeteremo. La casa è un tuffo nel passato, accogliente, confortevole e ben riscaldata nonostante il freddo delle giornate. Federica ci ha accolto con cordialità e disponibilità.

Monica è stata una host simpatica e disponibile, ci ha contattato spesso per sincerarsi che tutto fosse in linea con le aspettative e che non fosse necessario alcun tipo di aiuto. Ha fornito suggerimenti sulle attività in zona e consigli sui locali. Nella casa a disposizione prodotti per la pulizia, l'igiene personale e per la prima colazione (sufficienti anche per tutto il soggiorno). Punto di forza il posto auto e l'impianto di condizionamento.

Wir haben mit unserem Hund hier Urlaub gemacht und wir können es jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist super groß und geräumig! Das Grundstück ist riesig, der private Abschnitt am See super ruhig und ideal zum spielen und toben. Leider gab es viele Mücken, also unbedingt an Autan oä. denken.

Il soggiorno in questa splendida casa é stato veramente ottimo. Quello che ci vuole per riprendere un po’ d’aria dalla metropoli, concedendosi del sano relax respirando aria buona. Il proprietario é stato sempre super disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte, ma non ci è mancato nulla. appartamento pulitissimo, semplice ma molto funzionale, non abbiamo avuto problemi a portare con noi il nostro cane anche se non è di taglia piccola. Federica è stata gentilissima, siamo arrivati prima del previsto e alla nostra richiesta di poter consumare uno spuntino si è subìto adoperata e abbiamo assaggiato dei salumi e formaggi ottimi in un ambiente informale e casalingo come piace a noi. Siamo molto soddisfatti , consigliatissimo.

The place was great! It is located right next to a ton of transportation options making it incredibly easy to access the city. There are also a lot of food options within walking distance including restaurants and grocery stores. The host was also super responsive and kind, answering questions, letting us check-in early, and providing instructions for everything in the apartment.

We had great time in Abisola and Savona; the neighboring towns. Pontivrea is a small community, 25 minutes away from the beaches. 45 minutes from Genova. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. The fifth star is because I forgot some very valuable things at the apartment and the same day they located and shipped my valuables to me which I received within the week. They are honest and caring people who honor their guests. I definitely recommend staying at their apartment. Very spacious and if you want wifi they have it available; optional if you want it. We really enjoyed staying at Erika's place! The apartment is very clean, and has absolutely everything you might need! The location is very residential, quiet, and has local cafes, and a really nice market! Getting to the center of Milan is easy by taking a 10-minute bus, and then a direct metro line. The transport always arrives on time, and easy to navigate. Special thanks to Paolo, Erika's husband, for picking us up and taking us to the apartment from metro! We would definitely highly recommend Erika's apartment!

Alloggio splendido, vista magnifica e zona comodissima per visitare lago e centro storico

Alloggio perfetto per 4 persone. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in 6 per un evento che si teneva a vicino a Linate e per due notti è stato comunque perfetto e comodo. Ampia scelta di ristoranti sotto casa. Consigliato.

Wij hebben 9 dagen verbleven in het appartement van Susannah. Het is een fantastische plek. Mooi oud gebouw met meerdere appartementen en een heerlijk, goed onderhouden zwembad. Het appartement vonden wij groter en luxer dan op de foto’s was te zien. Heel veel benodigdheden aanwezig zoals wamachine en vaatwasser tabs. Het was erg heet toen wij er waren, maar dankzij de dikke muren blijft het relatief koel binnen. s Avonds inderdaad muggen. Hoeveelheid was wel te overzien vonden wij, maar comfortabel buiten zitten kon alleen met flink insprayen. Wij zaten vaak binnen met de horren dicht, dankzij de openslaande deuren had je dan nog steeds wel een buiten gevoel. Onze kinderen vonden het ook een fijne plek vanwege de rust en prachtige uitzicht en het zwembad. Moncalvo is erg leuk voor restaurantjes e.d. Let op dat laatste paar honderd meter een onverharde weg is! Heel hartelijk dank Susannah, ook voor de erg prettige communicatie!
