Great location, the apartment is brand new. Cleaning lady was there every day to clean the apartment, change the towels. Balcony is exceptional you can just hang out entire day in the sades and look at the Aegean sea.

Excellent place where to spend holidays! The appartement is clean and really well located. The view is amazing. If you use the jacuzzi think about setting the temperature and covering a coupe of hours before using it.

Ho trascorso un periodo di due settimane con altri 3 amici in questo alloggio, posizione comodissima al centro ed in riva al mare. Zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato poco dietro alla casa un locale di pita gyros spettacolare. C'è un supermercato molto vicino. A 10 minuti dalla casa c'è una stazione dei bus per visitare altre città di Creta. Alloggio molto accogliente, pulito, molti prodotti per la pulizia della casa, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Dovessimo tornare a Creta sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento.

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

Le logement est vraiment très bien équipé, la literie est au top. Une Terrasse superbe Les restaurants et bars sont au pieds du logement. Vous trouverez aussi des supermarchés dans le village. Le petit port est magnifique. Une plage se trouve à 5 minutes.

Очень уютное и просторное жилье , находится в очень тихом месте , но при этом все в доступности , хотели бы вернуться, хозяин очень отзывчивый ,быстро отвечает и всегда готов помочь , отдельное спасибо за гостинцы при заселение

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Ninemia Villas was absolutely perfect! The villa exceeded all expectations – it’s beautifully designed and provides everything for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to George and his wonderful wife, who welcomed us warmly and supported us with valuable tips about the area. They truly made us feel at home. The villa was immaculate, with thoughtful details everywhere: from high-quality furnishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms to a fully equipped kitchen where nothing was missing. The private pool deck and the outdoor grill created memorable moments. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Plaka Beach, and the private terrace offered stunning views. Lovely stay in a beautiful, spacious villa with sweeping seaview. Everything you could want, including kind and generous owner, who greeted us with sweet goodies and plenty of water in the fridge. Would absolutely stay again!
