The house is like a dream. The main reason we came here is because we are sick of living in an apartment home where there is no peace no privacy no freedom. Here we can enjoy ourselves, enjoy the peace, play music, without fearing for neighbors coming and knocking on the doors Anita is a very wonderful host. She guided us in every aspect. I think we will be back here again However all of my friends say they wanna get married here 😂

Anita is very responsive and friendly! Place is exactly as listed online. Bed is comfortable and room was toasty in the cold. I needed somewhere to stay the night on a road trip and would stay again!

Our trip was almost chaos due to an unexpected work trip and weather but we were still able to enjoy one night out of our weekend here and it didn’t disappoint! This place is beyond cute and furnished with everything that you may need. The hosts are super quick with communication and we really enjoyed the quiet here. Would love to come back and spend a full weekend here!

Teresa and Courtney were always responsive and helpful. The camper had snacks and treats that were not advertised on the listing. That was a nice surprise.

First off thank you for hosting us. The place is very nice and clean. kinda close to everything or at least 13 min away for everything you need. host was friendly. would definitely recommend.

I cannot rave enough about my stay at this cottage. It gave me the perfect recharge in nature that I needed to celebrate my birthday, and gave me the tools to challenge myself, learn, and grow. The cats were purr-fect companions to hang out with by the fire (i nicknamed them Marmalade & Molasses…) The attention to detail in and around the cottage and the respect to the land, history, and ancestors from years prior captured my heart. I will definitely be back. 🤍🪽

Great location to stay for a Mizzou football weekend. 10-15 minutes from campus and a very nice, spacious property. Highly recommend.

My husband is suffering from stage four kidney disease and we needed a break from the hospital and chaos from the city. He absolutely loved the shouse and can’t wait to come back. The views were so relaxing and she worked with us to make our stay the best night we have had in a long time. We loved the critters and the inside of the shouse is so cute and cozy. Thank you so much for sharing this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
