The house is spacious and sufficiently furnished. It’s in a back alley and this way mostly quiet. Not very central so a motorbike rental is recommended, one bike is included with the place. Enjoy the local food just a few doors down which is a hidden treasure. Great for a few nights stay, easy communication. Be aware that the mattress is on the harder side, if your sensitive for that.

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences in airbnb.. they claim to be a homestay but, if in anyway possible, they should just say 'home'.. Tam is a home maker in the true sense of the word.. Not just for her family but also us who went there as guests.. From the travel plans to the everyday meals to the home scooter( given for free) and so much more ( the 'home wine' is a great touch that makes you feel at home)...the breakfast was wonderful, will all my food intolerances taken care of. Tam, Quyen and An..made us their family and we are truly grateful to them... An absolute must for the hospitality...

We've been in Vietnam for 3 months and this was one of our top 3 hotels. Everyone was very hospitable, helpful, and welcoming. The room and bathroom was very clean. Free breakfast in the morning was 7-9 AM, very tasty and healthy. The vegan restaurant they own downstairs was also very tasty. Provided housekeeping, fresh towels, and water everyday. They offered scooter rentals for 100k vnd. They also had information to several activities you could do such as cruises, bioluminescent plankton kayaking, etc for much lower costs than other places. They also helped get us a bus ride back to Hanoi for a very great price.

Le logement est dans un très beau cadre, les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le repas est très bon et Jerry a été très aimable. Les alentours du village sont magnifiques pour se promener.

Cat ba is a beautiful island, there where 6 of us looking for a place that would be nice and close to town and this fit the bill perfectly. you could stay in a hotel but when we looked at the reviews they were hit and miss so we went for an Airbnb and Minh's place did not disappoint. when we had questions they were answered remarkably quickly and when I asked if he could help us with the guide for the caves or what to do he gave us the taxi number or told us different places we can go or different options we have. honestly I would say this was well worth the money and everyone on the island we talked to were incredibly friend and nice. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay

clean, simple room with a firm and comfortable mattress. We weren't sure how to get to Cat Ba island but the host provided clear instructions and was very responsive to our questions. We loved the coffee at the hotel cafe. They offer motorbike rentals and even booked our bus from the hotel back to Hanoi. We will stay here the next time we visit Cat Ba.

Amazing! You can rent motorbikes from the stay which is ideal for getting around Cat Ba. The breakfast is lovely and the dinner options were really good. Also, upon arrival we mentioned wanting to do a boat tour, and he presented us all different possible types of tours. We told him which one we wanted to do and he prepared everything for us; from the taxi to the boat, to the tickets of the tour, and even the taxi back. After our stay in Cat Ba we booked a bus to another city leaving from Cat Ba center. He arranged that the bus picked us up from the gate of the stay, allowing us more time to pack and relax instead of having to first take a taxi to the place of departure of the bus. Aside from this the rooms were beautiful, with good airconditioning, and a very nice bathroom. Everything was wonderful! We strongly recommend :)

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Blue Lagoon! The location is an easy scooter ride to/from town (or about 30min walk) and we were able to rent a scooter directly from them. The tiny house was clean and well kept. There is a bit of a sewage smell from the bathroom but it went away when we kept the fan running. The included breakfast was a nice aspect too.
