Having grown up in the area I am very selective as to where I want my family to stay when we come back to visit. Diane’s home was outstanding. Perfect place for me and my kids. 2 minute walk to beach but less noise being off Ocean Avenue at night . Bradley Beach is a quieter town (has the best restaurant in the whole area- Skratch Kitchen and the best bakery- Del Ponte’s- cannoli every morning by 7am) but you can get to thumping Asbury Park in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes on a bike. Diane’s home was really comfortable. Plenty of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs (that actually work, not seen all the time) and badges. Plenty of supplies in the house as well. It’s really nice having a basement source for an escape either way couch and shower. The three floors give everyone a place to hang in their own space. Diane is super responsive and will address any issue immediately. Can’t wait to stay there again next time.

From the pristinely clean and organized home to the views of the water on the deck, there was not much we could have needed that wasn’t already provided at the house! This home made the perfect place for our yearly family vacation. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone and we will be returning next year!

This was the best beach house my family has ever stayed at and we stay at a different place every year but we will be coming back here again. This vacation was for my wife's 70th birthday because she grew up on the Jersey Shore. John's attention to detail sets this beautiful home apart from any home I have stayed at. For example, the kitchen has every piece of cookware that you would find in the most gourmet kitchens you see on cooking shows. My wife loves a jacuzzi tub but most times it takes so long to fill in other homes that she usually just ends up taking a shower but not here. Speaking of showers, the primary bedroom has the best walk through shower I have ever seen in my life and that is saying a lot because I'm a real estate agent in Denver. This shower has five different multi functional heads. We were a party of 10 and my four grandsons begged me to rent it for another week because of all the activities available. John's kindness and communication is first rate.

Our stay was perfect! My friends and I came for the Asbury St. Patrick’s Parade and our stay was perfect location for what we wanted. Super comfortable beds and had all of the essentials we needed for our night stay!

Julianne and Tim were gracious hosts, super helpful when we ran into a few snags with the front door lock. And I couldn't imagine a more beautiful spot in Manasquan, nestled on a quiet side street just a couple of blocks from the beach. The house is wonderful, spacious yet cozy (the couches are especially comfortable) and it's a great location for the price. One thing to keep in mind (especially for folks traveling from far away) is that you need to bring your own linens, pillows, and blankets, but the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, and the house is within walking distance of most amenities you'd need. This would absolutely be my first recommendation for places to stay in the area. Would love to come back if they'd have me!

Wow!! We had an amazing stay at Shawn’s house. It’s perfect for winter and summer trips! It looks newly remodeled, the basement was incredible! Full game area and a rock wall with a massive tv to enjoy with friends or family! Then a spa like bathroom with a huge brand new tile shower that was to die for! Then end the night with a fire outside and jacuzzi that fit everyone! Not to mention being 5 mins to the shore and a great dinner at Marina Grille. What a great stay, we will absolutely be back!!

We were in Asbury for work and Brooke’s place was perfect. Having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the duplex gave privacy but the place has a huge living room, nice sized kitchen and dining room as well. It’s walking distance to the beach but we didn’t get there because of work. Street parking was easy and it’s a quiet location but close to restaurants.

Great stay, responsive, as advertised. 👍

The host was extremely accommodating. He communicated promptly with easy instructions. The apartment is in a great location, and we look forward to visiting again

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Nice place to stay for a quite weekend by the ocean!

A great stay! So close to the beach with an incredibly peaceful view of the lake. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb homes in the area and this one ranked at the top. Kitchen is chef ready, living area is so relaxed and very comfortable. All the amenities were spot on. My biggest worry when I book any stay is whether or not I’ll sleep well and I can sincerely say the beds in this place are great! Gary is a great host and an Asbury enthusiast. Will be back for sure!

Liam was an amazing host, when any issues occured he delt with it within minutes. Liam had amazing communication throughout the stay and even checked in to see if we needed anything. The unit was clean, tidy, and was just as described. The unit had several condiments ready for us throughout our stay, had toiletries, and was a perfect temp. I highly reccomend Liam as a host, and 68 clark as your next airbnb.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. the place was cozy, clean, and linens were included which is a big plus! The location was wonderful and very walkable to the boardwalk, arcade and many restaurants. We met Phil our host and he was friendly with great recommendations. We just booked another week for the summer. Excited to come back.

It is a very accurate description. Photos are representative. This is a narrow, compact bungalow, yet we fond it to be ample space. Sure it’s a smaller bathroom, but it’s the style house. We didn’t find it to be any problem at all. Again, photos are representative. The location during our stay (mid September) was very quiet. It’s a hop over to the beach. We felt safe. It’s nice to have a little driveway spot too and one floor, no stairs makes it easy! There were 3 of us, so quite comfy. Larger groups might need more space, but there are some open and usable spots - such as front porch area with the futon like couch. We found it to be clean, no issues. The back patio is nice too. If there was any critique, it would be that there’s not a lot of seating to be inside for chatting or tv. There’s a loveseat in the back by the tv, we took in a patio chair - for us no big deal. Overall, we will return and the host, Karleen, was so helpful and quickly (super fast) responds. 5 stars from us ❤️

Loved Jeffrey’s place! He was super helpful. The place was so relaxing to stay at and I loved that they had a welcome kit with info about Asbury park. They also had magnets on the fridge of different places around town to go to. Which I totally utilized because we have never been here before so it was super helpful! Loved this weekend getaway!

I cannot say enough good things about Michael. He was absolutely the best host I have ever had! Michael was super helpful, detail oriented and provided a thorough recommendation list in the area. The place was everything I expected and more. It was the perfect location with all the amenities that I needed. The house felt fresh, new and very cozy. It is exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely rent from Michael again if I am visiting the area.
