Location, location, location. This place is so conveniently located, the neighborhood is safe, people are super friendly and there is SO MUCH to do! The apartment is a little quirky, but very spacious, and has tons of light. The deck is amazing, and provides an alternative hang out place. The beds were very comfortable and Gus was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for us! Gas stove, new washer and dryer, comfortable bed, nice size rooms, and outdoor patio. Convenient location, close to shopping and the river! Top of our list if we need a place to stay in the area again. Thank you so much Cindy and Jason!!!

Charles and staff were very friendly! Had a small issue with the hot water and they immediately assisted me! (Just had to wait for the hot water to reach our room, it was working fine!) They are working on renovations, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Room has a small fridge, but no microwave for anyone planning on that. No coffee pot in the room but it was offered to me several times in the lobby. Room also had a dresser, Roku tv, and small closet. Felt very safe! They write a local newspaper complete with comics and recipes and gave me a copy which was a neat addition and souvenir for my kiddo! Will definitely be back if in the area again! Cannot beat the price for the stay! Thanks for having us!!!

Syd was so considerate as to meet us with an umbrella because it was raining when we arrived! She is truly a delight and a great host. Her space is homey and welcoming. We would love to stay again :)

We were in Youngstown for my sons wrestling state tournament and stayed at this amazing place. The place was perfect the host was more than accommodating and the Bassett hound enjoyed the stay as well!!!

Dawn's place was fantastic! The house was tidy and well stocked with anything we could have needed, even the highchair for my nephew. We had no sooner gotten into the house when my mother declared that this was where we are staying whenever we visit the area. The neighborhood was so quiet during our stay. Sitting in the backyard, all we could hear were the cars on the highway and a train whistle in the far distance (at night). We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Our stay at Maxwell’s house was fantastic! We thought it was an extremely spacious home that was very nicely maintained. Anything you would need for a visit was readily available, and Maxwell was very accommodating. The neighborhood was walkable and Maxwell pointed us toward some great local options that were very appreciated after a long day of driving!

Beautiful setting. Spacious home. We were short a sheet and comforter, Nicole responded and was at the house in under 10 minutes.

My family and I had a great stay at Dolly’s house! The location was perfect for exploring nearby hiking spots, and the home was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. Plus, the host was fantastic, super welcoming and helpful.
