Needed a place to stay longish term trying out a new job near Morgantown. Vincent’s place was convenient and centrally located to all morgantowns amenities. Host was very responsive and check in and out was straightforward as could be. Stayed for a little over a month. Absolutely no complaints. If you have similar needs in the area, I would definitely recommend it. I don’t know if you could find a safer location in town. Place was fully stocked for a long term stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Buddy’s and will definitely keep it on our list for future Morgantown visits. It’s very close to Evansdale campus and the stadium and coliseum. Buddy greeted us in the driveway and gave us some instructions. Door is easy to get in to. The only thing I wish was there was a full sized fridge (we had food for tailgating) and maybe a lit path with stepping stones to get to the entrance as you have to walk around the side of the house. All in all, would 100% send this listing to a friend and, again, would stay here again.

Let me start by saying Luke was great! Super responsive, accommodating and even gave us suggestions. He was super willing to fix something we noticed that wouldn’t have affected our stay at all but his willingness was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and clean, nice view. Pretty calm place. Would definitely consider staying again when we return. We were on the 3rd floor so quite a bit of stairs with a lot of luggage but it’s my fault for over packing! Just keep that in mind. We had no issues!

Barbara and Vince were terrific. First stay but won't be our last. Went to WVU football game which was the only downside of the entire weekend as no Country Roads was sung on this day! Barbara was extremely thorough in her communications and willing provided some insights into nearby restaurants. She went above and beyond to accommodate us (thanks for the Soy Milk!) and we were happy we could actually meet both her and Vince and their pooches in person. Space is terrific, very large bedrooms, nice living area with kitchen, table and TV and an full equipped exercise room! Road to the house is very narrow so would recommend taking it easy in case you hit oncoming traffic but other than that could not have had a more enjoyable weekend with perfect accommodations. Some nice restaurants nearby as well as Cheat Lake. About 10 to 15 minutes to Morgantown for WVU activities. Almost hate to leave a review so we can keep this our little secret! Thank you again Barbara and Vince!

Bill's place is a great spot. Cozy, clean and comfortable. It feels a bit "out of the way", but in reality you're very close to everything there. I was able to walk into downtown in 20 minutes, drive in 5.

Erica's place made for a great weekend in Morgantown - the location was ideal for hiking along the river and visiting business's in downtown. The apartment itself was lovely. Erica's communication were crystal clear and she was eager to help. I would definitely stay here again or at another of her properties!

This place was amazing. We rented out two of the apartments and they were spacious and a lot of fun to stay in. There are a lot of great things to do within walking distance, and the mural on the side of the building wasn’t added plus. 

Great location, cute as a button, nicely decorated including some handmade items for sale. Much larger then what it looks like in the pictures. We were just overnight guests on our way home, but Cathy had everything there to accommodate longer stays. Would highly recommend to any future guests, and couldn't find a nicer host to make you feel at home. The only down side is if you are a late sleeper, the garage door opener under you may have you awake a little earlier then expected. We are putting a star on this one for possible return next year.

Very friendly and relaxed. The place feels like a home rather than a hotel or a showplace. It’s huge! The hall alone was bigger than my first apartment (and a great place to do yoga.) The morning sunlight is fabulous! I had Joni Mitchel’s Morgantown in my head all week. I’m going to paint my kitchen with Erica’s color scheme. It’s in the historic downtown, so there’s traffic noises, but Erica has fans in every bedroom for white noise. I felt safe and very kid friendly (although I was traveling solo). It was very affordable for one guest and if you have a bigger group it becomes incredibly cheap per person. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Morgantown. Thanks!

I work as a travel tech and this was my second time staying at Ray's. Just like the first time, the apartment was very clean and stocked well. Easy walk to downtown Morgantown and very close to both major hospitals. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if I ever get another travel contract in Morgantown, WV. Thank you! Ron
