Alessandro was a great host. He met us on arrival and provided some very useful local information and helped out with questions during our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The development was great and the pool even better. Never stayed somewhere with such a large pool! As many of the properties appeared to be private holiday homes, it was very quiet but no worse for that. Being a bit out of town, a car is essential but there are plenty of options for beach and shopping within 15 minutes. A great place to unwind and relax.

La casa estaba impecable y y tenía todos los servicios. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones tenían camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado. Gabriele nos mostró la casa a nuestra llegada, estuvo mucho tiempo explicando todo, y siempre estuvo disponible. Lo único a tener en cuenta en esta casa es que el acceso es por una calle muy estrecha. Los coches pequeños pasan bien. Los coches anchos como el que me dieron a mi en el rent-a-car (un coche marca dr, que por cierto no recomiendo a nadie), pasan también aunque hay que tener cuidado. Por lo demás, la casa perfecta y Gabriele un anfitrión estupendo

Francesco and his wife are just great people so kind and warm we loved everything about them and their place book with them for the very best place in Mondello beach

une jolie maison sicilienne pleine de charme avec un très beau jardin et une belle vue sur les oliviers, la montagne et la mer. la maison est à proximité de la réserve de Zingaro et de Segestra. Lucietta a été très disponible et flexible. nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit que nous recommandons.

Giacoma & Carlo were both helpful and communicative. We were welcomed in person and were pleased with the basketful of essentials that had been left for us. We were all sad to have to leave after an all-too-short week at their lovely villa!

Je recommande… tout est parfait. Une maison où tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour le bien être des hôtes . La climatisation le confort pour des lits , des chambres spacieuses et leurs salles de bain .. une cuisine très spacieuse… et tout est dans un état impeccable… une terrasse avec une vue à 390 degrés un environnement calme. Une piscine chauffée génial. Bref hésitez pas . David est très réactif si vous lui écrivez. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.

Angelo's apartment was a perfect base for our family of 5 adults to visit Palermo. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and is in a perfect location for visiting most of the places a new visitor to Palermo would want to see. He was very responsive to any issues that came up and also gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Rosanna’s house and location was incredible. The photos actually do not do the house and setting justice. The outdoors spaces and pool are gorgeous and just what we had hoped for, for a relaxing vacation with children and extended family. The pool was amazing, the gardens beautiful and the a/c ran cold in the downstairs living area and upstairs hallway. The location is amazing- walking distance to a beautiful beach and a short drive from both Castellammare del golfo and Scopello. The only issues we had were with the heat at night in the upstairs bedrooms (the downstairs one had a ceiling fan which made the room really comfortable). I mentioned this to Rosanna and she was very open to feedback. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to everything. There was a blackout when we were there at 3 am and we had to call them to help open the gate so that my brother could catch his early morning flight out of Palermo. Fulvio was at the house within 20 minutes to help us at 3:30 am!

Appartamento confortevole e ospitalità squisita! La casa ha dotazioni complete, compreso il kit di primo soccorso in bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato la frutta e i dolcetti trovati all'arrivo e i pasticcini alle mandorle alla partenza. Sopratutto, Antonella si è sempre mostrata reattiva per piccoli problemi che abbiamo risolto senza particolari disagi. Unica nota negativa: l'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore e le scale particolarmente ripide hanno reso faticoso portare i bagagli. In generale siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo la struttura a chi vuole visitare Palermo e dintorni muovendosi a piedi.

David is a very good host. He and Donatella waited for us at the apartment on our arrival. On request, he had arranged an airport pickup for us. When we were sharing our interests, he shared a long list of restaurants he recommends as well as places to visit. He even shared the link to a local conservation group and we were able to hook up with a birding guide. He also put us in touch with Francesco who drove us to many day trips! David is very responsive. The apartment is ideally located to walk to all the historical sites in Palermo as well as excellent restaurants. The unit is very compact and small, but with all the amenities one needs. Just one floor to climb. The building has an elevator that we used only to carry our luggage during checkin and checkout.

Great central location but tucked away behind an old wooden door in a quiet courtyard, the accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean and full of quirky charm. So many roof terraces- we didn’t have time to use them! Our only issue was carting our suitcases up the stairs - travelling light was not our strong point! Fiorella was super-helpful, very accommodating, and easy to contact at any time.

Nice apartment, situated in a scenic building, that gives palace vibes. Angelo was a very kind and helpful co-host, he helped us with what we needed, guided us with tips & tricks in the city and helped with luggage storage after check out. The apartment is fairly equipped, small but smartly compartimented. The bed was confortable for two tall people and there was an extra bed, if needed. The location was very close to the center and main attractions, but the street and some areas around felt unsafe. Overall good experience!

Nos quedamos 2 noches en el apartamento de Flavia, la primera y la última de nuestro viaje por Sicilia, fue una muy buena decisión. El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro histórico de Palermo y a metros de Via Roma, una de las avenidas principales de la ciudad. El apartamento es muy agradable, adornado con objetos vintage y fotografías que te trasladan en el tiempo. Tiene estacionamiento dentro y Flavia nos permitió dejar el coche unas horas más luego de checkout, lo cual fue muy cómodo. Sólo comento que hay que subir 2 pisos de escalera muy empinados, lo que puede ser desafiante para viajeros de edades mayores (como fue mi caso, que viajé con mi familia). Por ese mismo motivo, no pudimos aprovechar la bellísima terraza, que require subir otro piso por una escalera un tanto precaria. Por todo lo demás, es una gran elección :)

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

Les hôtes m'ont attendue avec patience malgré mon retard. J'ai reçu des explications claires concernant l'appartement, qui est très bien situé. tout se marche à pied de là. Pour certaines personnes à mobilité réduite, il serait peut-être difficile de monter les escaliers pour se rendre au deuxième étage, mais l'appartement en vaut la peine. Il est très propre et bien meublé. Si je retourne à Palerme, je recontacterai sûrement ces hôtes super gentils et réactifs.

Villa was clean and tidy, and matched the description on the AirBNB website. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It had a modern contemporary feel, yet was comfortable and homely. There is a great view of the coast line from the first floor balcony. Our host, Tommaso was friendly and responsive. He was kind enough to bring us pastries on our first morning, biscuits when we checked out, and a lovely ice cream cake when he needed to visit during our stay. The Villa is located in a rural setting and a car is a must. It is situated about 20ish miles/30 minutes east of Palermo Airport. There is a fantastic beach about 5 minutes walk. The nearest town is about 6 miles away and has a good variety of restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday at Federica’s lovely house. The pool and view are amazing. There is a lovely bakery over the road which serves great pizza in the evening. Fabulous beaches are only 10 minutes drive and lovely restaurants in Castellammare are only 10-15 minutes drive away. Frederica and her family were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a beautiful time in this family home and wished we had booked longer. It is a place that naturally makes you feel calm, grounded and at home. Even during nights with heavy thunder and rain, the sunlight woke us up gently through the windows in the morning, accompanied by the sounds of birds and far cowbells. We hope to come back sometime!

Gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Pool und tollem Ausblick. Man sieht von der Terrasse aus quasi immer das Meer. Nur ein paar (steile) Meter zum Strand, wo auch einige Restaurants und Bars sind (im Oktober allerdings nur teilweise geöffnet), ein kleiner Conad-Supermarkt ist in weniger als 200m erreichbar. In die Stadt ist es etwas zu weit zu laufen, aber gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, hier sehr viele Restaurants und andere Möglichkeiten sich (abends) zu beschäftigen Auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten z.B. nach Erice oder Favignana. Sehr guter und freundlicher Check-In und Service von Eliana, die gut zu erreichen war. Kleines Manko waren die vielen rumstreunenden und bettelnden Katzen (nichts für Allergiker) und dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, das Bad von den Nachbarn grenzt jeweils an eins der Schlafzimmer. Und eine Spülmaschine wäre schön, aber das steht ja in der Beschreibung.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

This is a gem of a place located just in between Santa Flavia and Bagheria, just 20km from Palermo. It is an ideal place to stay on a quiet and large nature-filled property. Everything matches the description and my wife and I had a great and relaxing time. During the day we would drive around and sights in the area or take the train which is 20 mins away from downtown Palermo. But at night we could retreat to peace and quiet and be surrounded by nature -- cactuses, trees, etc. Marida, the host, was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful -- she greeted us during check-in and spoke to us at length about many things to do in the area and was incredibly warm and wonderful. She was so kind, I felt like I had family nearby (she and her husband also live in a separate house on the property). The dog, BonBon who is a St. Bernard was always there too to greet us with enthusiastic love, and the 2 cats also were always vigilant and kept watc. We loved our this place and want to come back!

Michele ci ha raccolto bene e ci ha dato delle informationi utilli per la citta. Lui ci ha dato subito una mano ad risolvere ogni problema . Le ferie nella sua casa erano rillasati e molto belle. Noi speriamo che ci ospita ancora se ci troviamo in zona. 5 Stelle per tutto il Stardust Home.
