We’ve stayed at the icon several times, it’s a great place! This apartment has a wonderful view from the balcony. Loved hanging out on the balcony for coffee in the morning and wine at night! We tend to eat in a lot and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The pool area is outstanding, very relaxing. South beach is a fairly short uber ride away. The location is also awesome for walking, restaurants and other activities. Highly recommend this place, we will be back!

Very good host. We have stayed in a couple houses by this host and they are always available when needed. The houses are clean neat and organized. Highly recommend staying with them. We will be back.

Our stay was very private. Initially we booked this property because we liked the idea of a private pool and amenities in the backyard. This is a duplex so we were worried about our privacy at first. Once we arrived the care takers of the property are the ones that live in the front unit. They were extremely helpful and kind. They respected our privacy and even checked in with us. This was a great place to stay for 4 adults. We spent a week here and felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Michel was a lovely and gracious host. His response time was great, and answered any questions we had. We felt right at home. Michel went above and beyond to make sure our trip was unforgettable and memorable. His customer service was top-notch. We look forward to booking with Michel again. We would also like to thank Kim, she was ready to help at a moments notice if we had any questions or issues. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

We spent a week here in March with our family of 5. Everyone had room to be together and also enough space for some alone time which is important when your kids are young adults. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Outside space was beautiful and can see some of the ocean. Home was very clean and had everything you needed. Walking distance to Sombrero Beach and very close to Publix and restaurants. We loved the location. Would love to stay here again.

The house is clearly brand new and very modern. The kitchen was one of the nicest and best equipped we have experienced. The pool although not very large was perfect for our grandson and having it heated was a wonderful luxury. Michel and team are incredibly responsive no matter what the communication concerns, they respond within a couple of minutes - before, during, and after a stay. Highly recommend Michel and this location!

Excellent location in town. Nice clean home on a beautiful canal. Good for fishing. Recommend more toilet paper and front door is very hard to lock.

Amazing!!! Book this place. It looks exactly like the photos. Insta-worthy views from all windows. Kitchen well appointed. Laundry in unit. The parking spot across the street was ideal and actually was quicker to use the valet which we did the first night as we had a lot of luggage to unload. The AC worked very well. Communication was excellent and while we had ZERO issues I felt they would have been quickly addressed as the team checked in via email to ensure we were enjoying things. We will be back.

Fantastic stay! The place was exactly like the pictures and the view from the living room and master bedroom was amazing. Everything was squeaky clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of towels (bath and pool), small soaps and shampoo/conditioner for our use. The beds are very comfortable and the sofa even has a pull out if needed. There is plenty of parking and once we checked in and had the parking pass for the car the guard at the gate waved us in. Very quiet in spit of the construction that is happening on the ground floor. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Easy access to the main road and 15 minutes to Key Largo for diving. Would highly recommend!

Great place and really responsive hosts!

The townhouse felt private even though there were other units. It is located on the end of the unit which made it even better. It was beautiful and very clean! I loved that we weren't required to strip the beds and start laundry. That is really helpful when needing to leave early extremely early to catch a flight. While there, take time to drive around the neighborhood and see the other beautiful homes. It was a perfect location for my husband and I to use as a home base while exploring all of the Keys. Just a great experience.
