The room was very nice and very clean. The location was perfect. I was able to walk every where in the Grove.

I loved staying at Nicholette's place. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, not to mention University of Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, etc. It was very nice to have access to a little backyard area. Parking was easy, right next to the unit with no stairs to haul luggage up. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Anthony’s place in Miami and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property was immaculately clean, which was incredibly important to me due to my asthma and sensitivity to air quality and linens. I was relieved to have absolutely no issues during my stay. Anthony was very responsive and made sure our needs were met, which added a personal touch to our visit. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to explore everything Miami has to offer. The amenities were another highlight. The heated pool and gym provided an excellent way to unwind and stay active during our time there. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning to return later in the year. I wholeheartedly recommend Anthony’s place to anyone visiting Miami. 10/10 recommend! Great place and great host!

Great stay in the heart of Brickell!

Everything was great during our stay. Have nothing negative to say about the unit. If I had to make any small complaint or recommendation it would be that the curtains don’t fully close and let light in early in the morning. Other than that this unit and the host were perfect

I had a great stay in this place. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Close to everything in Calle 8. No noise, safe. Close enough to Brickell and downtown. 100% recommended!

Location is the best, near everything you need, Maria is proactive and responsive, I appreciate her recommendations and attention. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The house is clean and comfortable for a couple with parking in front of the house, near beaches, Miami Design District, Wynwood and sightseeing. We stay there for 8 days, but we know a lot of places because it was close and easy to visit.

La mejor ubicación cerca de Pequeña Havana, fácilmente podías caminar a restaurantes y bares de la zona, la cama era muy cómoda lo que hacía que descansaras y amanecieras súper fresco para caminar por el área. Sergio siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitaramos, quizá solo recomendaría un aire acondicionado un poco más grande, pues por las noches se sentía un poco de calor sin embargo nada fuera de un rango aceptable, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí.

It was relatively close to everything! Super clean and nice airbnb! I don’t believe you’ll find a better deal than this in Miami !!

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

We were in town for a wedding. Randy’s home served us well. Good space and lovely peaceful porch. ‘Ace’ their adorable dog is a frisbee addict and kept my adult kids entertained. Nice stay! Thank you! Dana & Family

The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom unit! While it’s on the smaller side, it’s been beautifully remodeled with modern, clean, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the brand new pots and pans . The living room gets fantastic natural light, and the view from the balcony is great—perfect for enjoying sunsets. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the waterfront, which was so peaceful and relaxing. The walls are on the thinner side, so we could hear kids running in the common areas at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The host truly went above and beyond by shipping back items I accidentally left behind, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay again!

This house was absolutely amazing, clean and exceeded all expectations. The view is absolutely stunning and I wish I could stay there forever. Came with a group of guys for my bachelor trip and it fitted everyone comfortably. Had a ps5 which was actually awesome to play. Walkable restaurants, bars, clubs and even shopping centers. If you’re planning in staying in Miami and want to be close to everything and have a perfect view, this is the right place.

Yenny was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and transportation. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt from the moment I walked in. The only downside was the elevator—it could be quite slow, especially during peak hours, which made it difficult to stick to a tight schedule. On some days, I had to wait 5–10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to head out on time. That said, everything else about my stay was top-notch, and I would absolutely return. Thank you again, Yenny, for your wonderful hospitality!

Loved the place! Felt like at home and it was only a 3 day short stay.Close to shops and restaurants!The unit was is nice,got nice lights everywhere,comfy bed,lovely kitchen and living room area.Really enjoyed our stay.Definitely will come back if ever back to Miami! Thank you! 🙏
