Great place so close to many bars, restaurants, and things to do! So clean, roomy, and was a great stay.

From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The pool was absolutely amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the gym was beautiful and well-equipped. The location is also ideal—right in the heart of everything, with so much happening around. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again!

The property was beautiful and just what we needed for our weekend stay. Instructions were clear and we didn’t have an issues. Guillermo was response when we messaged him to check out. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Kari’s place is a slice of paradise! The setting, overlooking the water, is so beautiful. We sat on the balcony watching the birds, enjoying the view. The beds were extremely comfortable, it was so quiet, we all slept like logs each night. The Cabana Club membership was very much appreciated, our kids loved the pool/smoothies/ice cream and we always got a space either on the beach or by the pool. We use the kayaks which was fun. It’s a great base for exploring the keys, we did a daytrip to Key West and went on a snorkeling trip out to Sombrero Reef. Would definitely recommend Kari’s place.

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

We had a short stay to visit some family & we wish we were staying longer! We loved how clean & comfortable everything is. I loved little details like the hand wand in the shower & the mirror in bath with light & heat. We had everything we needed right there. Loved the backyard jacuzzi, lighting & ambiance. Hosts are very respectful & responsive. We will be back!

This place was fantastic we did not wanna leave, felt right at home. Place was spotless rooms are beautiful. Very clean home. The area where the pool is at the floor is marble so it does not get hot, stays nice and cold awesome. The host responds to you right away asap ThankYou Desiree Viera

This place is great inside, but the outdoor space is really what makes this place so amazing.

Great location. Five minute walk to the miracle mile. Tons of restaurants And shopping. 15 min from the beach. 13 min to UM. House had a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful back yard either some of the best palm trees. Peaceful surroundings. Vivian was quick to respond and a joy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back next year.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Was here for a month and could've done more. The bedroom closet is spacious, the king size bed had very nice sheets as well as was very comfortable. The kitchen area was great for having dinner with some friends or relaxing. The nice balcony seating area was great for the mornings with coffee. The build is safe, and easy to get to from all directions. Being able to Uber north through midtown right by the bridge or having the rail right next door was great for getting around brickell, yet everything is walkable. Great stay, so many good things about this unit

Beautiful apartment! great view, very spacious! The couch is AMAZING. TV, sound system, light system, all is great. Also has beach cart The only downside is that the parking spot is at floor 10

Amazing place! Great hosts… check in was a little weird…. But it was Ultra weekend… so to be expected. Overall though! One of the best spots we have stayed. Exactly what we expected and would book again! Perfect location, perfect hosts and perfect condo!

Rene welcomed us during busy rush hour to make sure we settled in comfortably. The apartment was very clean. Rene checked in several times and offered helpful suggestions for activities around the city. Although a little construction is happening around the neighborhood, we never felt like it got in the way of our stay.

This was a lovely place to stay! Very spacious and clean. We were a group of 5 women staying in Miami for the Miami Open. Great restaurants nearby. Valet parking was responsive and quick. We had a wonderful time!

We loved Linda’s place and would really like to stay again when in Miami!
