Ryan has set the standard for what a 5-star Airbnb should look like! There was plenty of space for my group of 12 guests for our 1-week stay. This is easily the top short term rental in Marathon, Florida. I’ll definitely be back!

Overall a great experience! Would highly recommend the house and the host! Andrew was very helpful before, during, and after our stay! We will definitely be back to stay if we are in the area again!

Beautifully decorated, wonderfully useful design and provisioned. We had a chance to stay at two of Lorelei’s Arya Condo - a 2 bd and a 1 bd. Both were immaculate with nice touches like coffee and creamer to start the stay, some snacks for the hungry traveler. I ask for her to help us smoothly transition from one unit to the other and it was a breeze. Excellent value, fantastic views, perfect location for all the spots in the grove.

Stayed at Ray’s place for a weekend and it was wonderful. Ray responded very fast and gave us everything we needed. Highly recommend Ray’s place!

Great spot in the resort property . Courtyard outback was tranquil… One young buck who was cleaning his boat on Sat had his music waaaay to loud but once he finished it was quiet again. Bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We stayed 2 days on our way down to Key West to enjoy Marathon and Turtle hospital. It was nice also that she allowed less than 3 day rentals :)

I cant say enough great things about this house and it's location. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and we all agree that one of the main reasons we enjoyed this trip so much was because of the house itself. The location on the water was so serene and peaceful; we enjoyed coming home to it every night. Also, the access to the private beach club was great and we took advantage of that multiple times during our stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The view was breathtaking—easily one of the highlights of the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the area. The condo itself was well-stocked with everything you could think of, which made it super convenient and comfortable. Our host was amazing—very responsive and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

David and Josh's place was a great stay in Mimai. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's a convenient location that is not far from most places. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, within walking distance of Coconut Grove. Very good for our dogs who could be outside off leash as the Airbnb is totally fenced. Carlos was a very responsive & helpful owner. We would certainly stay again

We had a wonderful stay, George and Beth go above and beyond for their guest on the little amenities upon arrival and have a beautiful little cottage tucked away and hidden in a beautiful garden oasis with their lush environment of palms and plant life. A nice canal just steps away in the backyard. We seen peacock bass and a few other fish while checking it out and just an overall great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Key West for my 40th birthday! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was very comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool and fountain were absolute highlights—such a peaceful oasis to cool off after a day of exploring. Another big plus was having a washer and dryer, especially for a week-long stay! The house was also fully equipped with everything needed to cook at our leisure, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—walkable to tons of great restaurants, bars, and stores, making it easy to experience the best of Key West without needing a car. We also had the pleasure of bringing our friends Jim and Patty along—Jim had never been on a plane before, and what a perfect place for his first flight! This trip was full of unforgettable memories, and we are so grateful for this wonderful home!

We had a great time. Pool and spa was great. Caught fish of the dock great spot for the boat and easy access to the ocean!

You won’t find a better set up than this with family. Playground, beach, pool , sidewalks for walking everywhere, and great kayaking area as well. And the owner makes sure his guests have all they need.

We stayed here with friends with a total of 10 people, 4 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone never felt crowded. We all had a great time!

The House is very spacious, well equipped with everything we needed and was perfect for 7 people. We had a great time at the pool and in Miami. Luciana replied quickly to any questions we had.
