Me and my friends spent the weekend and it was such an amazing experience. The house is at perfect location, next to every famous spots, there's literally a brazilian market by the end of the street and this was very important to us! House was so clean and smelling nice, the place is very comfy for 5 people. The outside area is pretty cute and lots of space, we could parked 2 cars easily. The host is very helpful and friendly! Amazing experience!

Cute quaint neighborhood. Close to shops and Everglades National park. Spacious enough for our trip. The pool was an added bonus. Cynthia was very responsive any time I reached out.

Everything was perfect!!! Quaint and comfortable setting with everything we needed. Great pools and private hot tub. Quiet and peaceful yet within a short 1 block walking distance to Duval. We will stay here again!!!

This property has a beautiful view, steps from the beach, and is conveniently located for exploration of all the Florida Keys. We are looking forward to a second visit!

This was a great home base for our explorations of Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Great central location. Clean and so much space for our family of 5. Our boys loved the pool during the day and the poker table at night! Just a note to read the description carefully. I was under the impression there was a hot tub and bubbles/jets in the pool based on the pictures, but the description says it is the same temperature as the pool and no bubbles/jets. So just read the description carefully before booking! Even with that disappointment (which was my fault for not reading carefully), the house was wonderful, and we had a great time! Would highly recommend.

The highlight of the accommodation is the location. It has a beautiful view, lots of things to do in the surrounding area, close to many shops and we went on some walking tours. Valério helped us the whole time with everything we needed, it was great!

Great location really clean would def recommend and will stay again when we in Miami! A+++++

Le logement était très propre, accueillant, bien disposé et très privé. Les instructions étaient très claires et bien établies. L'emplacement est parfait et près de tous les commerces en plus d'être environ à mi chemin entre les Keys et Miami. Merci Jennifer :)

Darren's place is amazing. The location is excellent and there is a Whole Foods directly across the street and a 24 hour CVS in the building. The unit is quite spacious and well designed. It was also unbelievably quiet and I couldn't hear any noise from outside or other tenants. There are blinds and curtains covering the two living room windows that when used block out all light in the unit and bedroom. The tv had a few free streaming apps as well as other apps that require login info. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need to cook. The wifi was perfect. Darren was a really nice guy and responsive host. Prior to check-in when I messaged him that I would be coming from south beach, he offered to drop off the key to me early in the day so that I could check-in anytime that day instead of us both meeting there at a set time. He also let me check out a little bit later. Overall the place is A+ and so is the host. I would gladly book here again in the future.

La mejor ubicación cerca de Pequeña Havana, fácilmente podías caminar a restaurantes y bares de la zona, la cama era muy cómoda lo que hacía que descansaras y amanecieras súper fresco para caminar por el área. Sergio siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitaramos, quizá solo recomendaría un aire acondicionado un poco más grande, pues por las noches se sentía un poco de calor sin embargo nada fuera de un rango aceptable, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

The condo is perfect for families - the pool is fantastic (really large), there’s a snack bar, hot tub, and pickleball courts. It’s a great spot!

I had a great stay in Miami with my Family! The apartment was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and in a great property. Hillary provided outstanding support throughout my stay. I initially raised a concern about the lack of utensils, and to my surprise, I received everything I needed within 10 minutes—an amazing level of service! I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Miami. The only small issue I noticed was a slight smell in the lobby area, which might be due to an external factor. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely choose and recommend this property.

We just returned from our stay in Key Colony and it was everything we had dreamed of. It was a wonderful location, right in between flying into Ft. Lauderdale, and traveling one day into Key West. The property overall was very well maintained, beautiful and private. The beach area was perfect and gave us a lovely day of relaxation enjoying the views and all the sounds. Our condo itself was just as described and had the perfect amenities needed to spend a few days and celebrate my husband's birthday. Kim is a fantastic host! She is very responsive and provided lots of information about all things in and around the condo.

Vanessa, was helpful, responded, condo was clean and well kept with everything you needed. I would book again.

Excellent place. Highly recommend. Great location, walk 1 min to nearby beach. Parking is free for our rental car which is hugely helpful. The place looks just like the photos. Kitchen is big, clean, functional with many utensils, pans. Throughout the home there are abundance of daily needed items such as additional towels, bedsheets, plates, pans, dishwashers which make it very convenient. Looking forward to coming back to this place again.

Exactly as pictured! Beautiful getaway in the Keys! It was very clean, even up to my picky healthcare expectations! Had everything we needed! A few more towels would have been great but we made it work. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. It was great to know what amenities and products were included and how much up front. The recommendation book was awesome! Beds were comfortable, all tvs worked well. Nice to have cable included too! The pool was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. Very clean facility outdoors as well. The beach area was probably the only disappointment, and out of their control. Just wasn’t as sandy etc. as we thought from pictures. Still very nice. It was also so nice to have a door code and not worry about a key. The neighborhood was welcoming too and safe to go for a morning run. All in all we would highly recommend this condo for your Keys vacation, family or couple! Our family of 6 fit :). Thanks for a great home away from home!

Die Lage war unschlagbar! In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Duval Street! Der kleine Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Für uns als 6-köpfige Familie war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft auf unserem Roadtrip!
