This was a wonderful, just-funky-enough loft in a great location close to Metrorail, Metromover, and bikeshare. Quiet walkable neighborhood despite the proximity to downtown. Plenty of space for a couple with a comfy bed and a nice kitchen. Susana was very proactive and responsive. One (literal) heads up - if you're over 6 ft tall (180cm) you may find yourself bumping your head a lot against the eaves in the bathroom. Not a deal-breaker for such a great find, but be aware :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place right in the heart of Miami walking distance to about everything. 5 stars! I would definitely stay again if I have to return to the area!!

We had a wonderful stay at Phillip and Suzy’s very cosy bungalow in Coconut Grove. The bungalow was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and the hospitality was exceptional. Phillip and Suzy are the perfect host. Always responsive and very helpful the place is perfectly located on a quiet side street, it’s within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, and the marina. The backyard is a serene oasis, with palm trees providing a secluded retreat after a busy day exploring the area. Highly recommend!

My fiance and i found exactly what we needed, a nature focused getaway. The house is filled with handmade wood craftsmanship, clean and cozy furniture and sheets, as well as books and maps to guide us in our journey here. Thank you Janice and mark for sharing your comfy cottage with us. 🙏🏼 Looking forward to more stays with this host 💯

Great location as walkable to many restaurants, public transit, and many attractions. There are many new shops and cafes springing up right across the street. The downside is lots of construction - however from what we saw this wasn't isolated to just this neighbourhood but all over Miami. Despite all the activity the apartment was quiet at night. The walk-in closet and in-suite laundry was amazing for packing light. The host was very responsive to all our questions.

It was just like the pictures, great place to stay.

Raquel was super communicative and we appreciated her helpfulness. The place was nice, could have been a bit more clean but Raquel was unable to come in-between the previous guest and us since she was out of town, so that was probably why. Everything else was great!

Exactly what we needed for our little getaway loved everything about this place! Right in the middle of the town so close to the Hemingway house and the food was incredible!

Nuestra experiencia durante semana santa fue excelente. Maria fue muy atenta, nos apoyo en todo lo que necesitamos. Nunca hubo ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estadia ya que todo habia estado preparado de antemano! El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien decorado. Ambos baños funcionan a perfección al igual que el aire acondicionado. La vista del apartamento es espectacular y el apartamento en si es muy acogedor. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme en este mismo apartamento en una futura ocasión.
