Samira's place was perfect for a quick weekend visit with our daughter who lives nearby. The place was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed the night in Bloomington for an early procedure at IU Health and it was perfect for the two of us! We brought board games to play and sat by the window with a pretty view of the woods. We saw some eagles which was pretty cool. The unit was very clean and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again in the future.

This is truly a diamond of a place! Our second stay here and it is just fantastic. Location is obviously the best—right on Kirkwood in the middle of the action. But the place itself is outstanding. Beautifully decorated, with so many wonderful details and touches to make the guests feel at home. The best beds! And bedding! Everything feels top quality and well thought out. It’s a wonderful place to come back to after a day or evening out! Dori is a terrific host and great at communicating. We will be back!

It was such a cute condo, so homey and pretty! The kitchen was really well stocked, I was able to cook a meal and had everything I needed. Great hosts, and great condo! I would stay here again for sure. We were there to hike on our way home to TX, so it was nice to have a nice place shower and sleep it felt like luxury!

This place was super clean and large for 3 people. We love our stay. Quiet, walkable and very private. There’s even a basement level with pingpong table and a couch. My 17yr old daughter said she’d love a home just like the apartment! It’s that perfect! :)

Beautiful view of the lake from the very private deck. The home was cozy and homey with all the amenities you’ll need. Easy to find and easy parking.

Stay was great! Everything was as expected for a fun weekend in Bloomington. Only comment was the lock feature was slightly stuck so you had to turn a little harder than normal to lock/unlock place. Once we learned this it was still pretty easy to get in and out.

We loved Douglas’s house and found it even better than expected. It was extremely clean, very walkable to campus and downtown, and had the most comfortable beds! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bloomington!

I have stayed with Kent at this property for the same weekend four years in a row, to host some visiting friends during Bloomington's spring break period. Kent has been an exceptional host each year along the way, communicating quickly what I can expect — and immediately notifying me if my party forgot anything (which we did). Kent is a total professional and I'd be glad to reserve this property for many spring breaks to come, if it's convenient for him and his other guests. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. You may even be thrilled.

Great place for a short stay! It was clean and conveniently located close to the university, shopping, and restaurants. The host is responsive and communicated clearly.

Perfect family gathering place- well stocked kitchen, warm and welcoming common areas and the ‘all King sized beds’ was fantastic! Would definitely book again!

Alex was a very attentive host. This home was SOOOO cozy and will literally be our new home away from home whenever I visit my Son and daughter in-law living there and attending IU. The Porch was perfect. It was clean and bright. Easily accommodated 5 moms for moms weekend - better if you all know each other tho! Greta location for sporting events and easy walk to Kirkwood. Would definitely stay again. Decor is so well done and really gets you in the Hoosier spirit !

Iris House was wonderful, and I will certainly be staying there again for any future visits to Bloomington. It was well appointed, with nice little touches in every room. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and serve a great meal, the living room comfortable a large enough to accommodate friends while watching a movie. Both bedrooms are comfortable and have their own televisions. The deck provides another great space to gather, and the yard more than enough room for kids or a dog to run around and play. The area is easy to reach, quiet, and only minutes from campus and all the great restaurants and other places of interest in Bloomington, as well as dedicated trails to walk or run. If this space is available during your stay, I highly recommend it!

Brandon’s place was perfect for a stay on the beautiful lake. This location feels incredibly private and entrenched in the natural surroundings. The interior is kept in a pristine state with every detail well thought out. Brandon was very accommodating of us and allowed us some wiggle room with our check-out to allow us a great experience. Will definitely return here in future trips to Bloomington!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This was the perfect house for my friends and I to come visit! Highly recommend. Communication with the hosts was easy and we always got a very quick response. The house was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The directions provided were very easy to follow and the property seems very well maintained. We were so close to the stadium, campus and lots of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
