The environment was cozy and warm, making me feel right at home. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and the place was beautiful.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here at Josh’s place. Good local things to do within walking distance. The overall place was very quiet, peaceful and secluded. I will definitely be booking again with Josh.

This is the perfect space for a perfect stay. Job well done. All amenities provided and all the hot water one could absorb. Unique lighting in kitchen and squeaky clean bath and bed. I highly recommend this unit to stay for your peace and quiet with all the luxuries of home. I will be back!

This is my go to stay for work trips to Rochester. Great value, comfortable and clean.

We had a weekend stay at Marc’s and it was a great, cozy spot and close to Park Ave restaurants and UoR. We appreciate him allowing us to check in early and was very communicative about check in. The bedrooms and living room were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. There were lots of local art decorations which we appreciated. The TV only had access to Netflix and Prime, and did cut out quite a bit when streaming movies which was frustrating. Overall a very easy and cozy stay!

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

We were in town to visit our son, who is in college. The setup at Cheryl’s place was great for us to be able to cook, have family dinners, and play card games. We had a very comfortable weekend. Communication with Cheryl was very smooth.

Coleen was an AMAZING host. We had to stay initially a month, the ended up 2 because of renovations and considering our circumstance she went above and beyond what I expected. On top of that she has an amazing restaurant just downstairs with AMAZING breakfast food. You are missing out if you don't go at least once. The apartment was beautiful and the view of main street is awesome. Best experience anyone can have.

Salma went the extra mile to provide a sweet home away from home. From the time we booked it until we checked out, she was proactive in sending instructions and offering assistance. Everything was so clean and well stocked and the decor was adorable. The mattress was firmer than we like, but I know some people prefer that, so it's not necessarily a downside. You can tell it's a high quality mattress regardless. You could hear the tenant in the upstairs apartment sometimes, but that's expected with an apartment. Other than that it was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We looked forward to relaxing every night after exploring. It was a very good location and easy to get anywhere. Very cute place!

Stayed at Nate’s Place for a family funeral in Caledonia. The apartment was clean, cozy, and easy to find. Very good communication and answered very quickly to any questions I had. They made a nice place to stay, easy for me! Thank you!

We booked Tim’s place the morning of our check in because we had some changes to our moving plans. The house was as described and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the ability to have garage parking was a huge perk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the whole space was nicely renovated. The neighborhood was quiet, which we also appreciated. We initially checked out before our stay was up, but due to more issues with our move, Tim was very accommodating and let us stay as we initially planned. We recommend staying at Tim’s house if you are in the Rochester area, you won’t be disappointed!

It was a lovely Airbnb…just like the pictures Depicted. It was well stocked except that you need to bring your own soap for the shower. There are plenty of brand stores on Monroe Ave. if your need to purchase anything. Location is perfect and very convenient. Will definitely return again when visiting Rochester.

This was my sister and my second time staying at Roger's AirBNB. We purposely returned for the wonderful hosting, convenience, access to great parks, museums, and family nearby. This time we stayed on the first floor which was beautiful and homey. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and I loved walking my dogs and chatting with them everyday. Roger is a fantastic host - always responsive, a gentleman, and professional. He was flexible with our wish to return this year for which we are grateful. We will definitely consider returning again.

I had a wonderful stay at Penny’s place! Penny was incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew how to work each amenity and was always available if we had any question or doubt. The place was clean and welcoming which always made us feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day of exploring the Rochester area.

Michael and Laura's house is a fantastic old Rochester home with impressive modern touches. They were easy to work with, and the space was beautiful!

Thank for the wonderful stay. It was our first time in Rochester for a sports competition. We will return and stay with you again for fun next time.

Rebecca was warm and welcoming. Her place was lovely. She made delicious muffins, and there were many snacks. Rebecca had a shelf in the fridge stocked with a variety of items for guests. My stay was peaceful!

Such a great and super friendly host! Helped me with all my inquiries around/about the area. The place was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. I liked that I had my private parking spot and I really loved the location, this neiborhood looks fancy and very nice. I took a walk during the night and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is near by a lot of attractions, I just walked around and didn't even need to drive. I recommend this place and would love to come in the future!

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.
