Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at 3NG. We came in from out of state for our mom’s 85th birthday on Thanksgiving Day. Her apartment is too small for any gatherings. 3NG was the perfect size and location, not only for hosting a family dinner and Thanksgiving Day Dinner, but also for our week-long stay. It is accessible enough for an elderly woman with a walker get around comfortably and has all the amenities we needed for our festive dinners. We all felt ‘at home’ during our entire stay. Everyone was really impressed with the place. We are definitely keeping 3NG in mind when we come to Rochester for family gatherings. Thanks to the Nicole for all her help.

Salma went the extra mile to provide a sweet home away from home. From the time we booked it until we checked out, she was proactive in sending instructions and offering assistance. Everything was so clean and well stocked and the decor was adorable. The mattress was firmer than we like, but I know some people prefer that, so it's not necessarily a downside. You can tell it's a high quality mattress regardless. You could hear the tenant in the upstairs apartment sometimes, but that's expected with an apartment. Other than that it was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We looked forward to relaxing every night after exploring. It was a very good location and easy to get anywhere. Very cute place!

We had a wonderful time visiting Rochester and staying in Margaret's rental. As soon as we arrived, Margaret greeted us with flowers and made certain that we had all that we needed. She was the perfect host. Overall, it was clear that the apartment had been recently remodeled. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very roomy for the two of us. In addition, the location was excellent. It was easy to get to, we felt very safe walking up and down nearby streets, and the architecture of some of the older homes was spectacular. The apartment is also just a short walk from the Genesee River, and one can walk/ride for miles on the nearby bike trail. Overall, we give it a 5/5, and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in Rochester.

My wife and I had a great stay here for our return visit from Massachusetts. It was a very convenient , quiet location for us . Clean comfortable interior and nice furnishings .

Excellent location, Suzy is a great host

Suzy is the sweetest host i’ve Suzy was the sweetest host I’ve ever met. She had such a beautifully maintained home, and everything was so well-kept. It was amazing learning about her travel stories. I highly recommend staying here for a delightful experience!
