Monroe County : locations de vacances avec suite privative

We’ve used many Airbnbs in the Rochester area for college visits and my husband and I have declared this our favorite. Everything thing you need is in this space and more. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet not far from everything in the Rochester/Henrietta area. Lots of coffee and things to drinks on hand. We ate out but there are lots of kitchen staples too. I maybe can’t even quiet put my finger on why this was our favorite; some places just give a feeling of peace and comfort and this stay did that.

This was a perfect solution for a last minute trip to Rochester. I really wanted to avoid downtown hotels and appreciated the extra space to get some work done after the events I attended. This would be an excellent home base for those who travel to Rochester to visit their college kids or to attend their collegiate sports events. Would also work really well for young families or those with teens as the extra space beats a hotel room.

Gina's place was super clean and cozy. Had everything I could need. They provided me with a snow brush when the rental car company did not. Great place and great hosts.

Karen was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to my travel plans. her location was perfect for me and allowed me easy travel time to family and privacy when I was there. on the next trip, I'll most likely try and book again, and possibly, maybe even get to meet Oliver everything was great!

Bridget’s home was so cute and every details was so thoughtful. We pulled up to the beautiful grounds and into a parking spot with our name on it. What a warm welcome! Inside the rooms were nicely decorated & so thoughtfully appointed. Every bed had a nightstand or thoughtful place to charge a phone or place little things at your bed side. Each bed had lots of corresponding towels in different colors making them easy to tell apart! What a great idea! Ample closet space to hang your clothes and lots of hooks & pegs on the wall to hang extra stuff like towels, bags, coats & keys. We were in town for Thanksgiving with families so we didn’t really use the kitchen, but it’s spacious and comfortable with a table that seats a crowd. The back door overlooking the green rolling Hills was so inviting, even though it was too cold for us to go outside. We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for the two of us, exactly as described, very well maintained and the host was friendly and responsive. The bed was super comfortable and the linens/towels were high quality. The available coffee/sugar/creamer and couple of breakfast bars were much appreciated in the morning after our late night arrival. We love the area, there is so much to do locally and in downtown Rochester. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

This is a very reasonable and comfortable stay, the location was perfect for us. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have its own temperature control. There was a space heater which we used everyday since it was the end of December and beginning of January.

The place was absolutely sparkling clean, very nice set-up, and had everything we needed. We could hear the airplanes, but not loud enough to keep us up or bother us. Good value for the price.

I have stayed here several times and always thoroughly enjoy my stay. In addition to a beautiful accommodation in a wonderful neighborhood, our hostess, Jennifer is delightful and always ready to make my stay great. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Laurene was a great host, and this was a great location! She was very helpful with our trip and even gave us advice for potential future events. We were not aware that the oven wasn’t operational but she provided us with a toaster oven which was a good substitute. I would stay there again!

This apartment was a great stay in an excellent location in Rochester. the apartment itself is very well stocked with any kitchen amenity you could dream of, in addition to plenty of other household amenities (laundry detergent, extra towels, etc.). Cheryl was a kind and welcoming host. the location is excellent -- within walking distance of several feet coffee shops, restaurants, and museums. The only thing worth noting here is that there is no kitchen table or seating area in the apartment. This is clearly evident in the photos, but something worth noting, especially if you need some sort of WFH space.
