Perfect downtown Woodstock location! Just steps from excellent restaurants (Woodstock Pub, Silvia, Good Night), charming bars (Small Talk, Station), and countless boutique shops. The central spot also provides convenient access to surrounding areas like Phoenicia, Kingston, and Catskill. The dedicated parking spot, private entrance, straightforward check-in process, and responsive host communication made for a seamless stay. Would absolutely book again!

This was our second stay at Jay’s place. It’s a lovely apartment mixed with old world charm and modern amenities. We were able to do some light cooking on the hot plate in order to stay in during the cold spell when we were there. We had everything we needed to make a lovely meal. The house is cozy and the linens are top notch. The town is a charming river town with a few nice restaurants (love MP Taverna!). And easy to take a walk down to Hudson River park or access to the Aqueduct trail. We will look forward to another visit!

The apartment was charming and clean just like we expected from the photos. It’s a great place to stay if you want a quiet place to relax. Stan was very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue. I would stay again!

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

At first i was really confused cause the place its wayy better than appears on pictures. Awesome place, very clean, really good apliances, peacefull, a lot of restaurants near by and manhattan just an hour on bus. The whole house was spotless, eventhough i ask the owner if i can check in an hour earlier. 5 stars in my opinion

Bee’s place was wonderful, it’s a beautiful scenic area, cozy and safe. Bee was friendly and very attentive, she checked in throughout our stay and went well beyond expectations. She offered helpful information and was available if we had any questions. Her kindness and concern are genuine.

Everything was spotless, and the little touches like fresh linens, thoughtful decor, and local art made it feel like a home away from home.The location is ideal — it's quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to explore all that Yonkers and nearby areas have to offer. I especially appreciated the easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get into Manhattan. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb is a wonderful choice. Highly recommend it!

The space was comfortable, functional and very nice. It was quiet despite the potential construction going on next door. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. It is within walking distance to downtown and the train station. Wish we could stay longer. One of the best kept Airbnb's I have stayed in.

Absolutely great space in a quiet neighborhood. Incredibly close to major stores (Target, stop and shop) and really easy to get into NYC. Missing a couple kitchen items to cook at home - but easy to work around. Highly recommend and will be back if I’m in the area again

Henry is an attentive host who appreciates having guests and treats his guests well. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Henry’s place. Henry met us at check in and walked through his place with us to familiarize us with it, which we thought was helpful. The availability of the refrigerator and microwave met our needs. Henry is a wonderful host. He checks in with his guests to see if he can be of assistance or to find out how we are doing. He was very helpful in answering any questions we had, and responds quickly. Henry’s place is clean and comfortable. He has several safety features that we appreciated. A well-placed motion activated night light between the bedroom and living room was appreciated. There are several motion-activated outdoor lights that were helpful for entering the apartment in the evening. We hope to stay at Henry’s place in the future!

My stay was everything I needed, "me time". I'm local and just needed to exhale. I booked and was able to rest and I was even able to cook a meal or two. I would definitely book again.. thanks Candy for being a great host..

This was just what I needed for my first trip to Mohegan Lake! Quiet neighborhood. Cozy bed. Great water pressure. I’ll definitely be booking again if I come back to this cute little town.

Our stay was great. Location was perfect if you’re going to drive into Manhattan. Host reached out to me prior to my arrival for check-in at 3 pm that the unit was not quite ready and if I didn’t mind checking in later closer towards 5-6 pm. I agreed since I had business to handle that went past the original scheduled time and would have checked in past 3 pm. Location/Check In & Out- Area is quiet, felt safe and very nice. Parking could be challenging since it’s street parking. During my stay I was lucky to find a space in front of the property. Check In & Out was very easy and to the point. Amenities- I didn’t cook, but everything needed ie: pots, dishes utensils were available and TV in the living area. Space - everything was tidy, clean just like the photos. smelled great and was super cool when arrived. (A/C on prior to arrival) I have only one complaint: Hot water was very scarce otherwise my stay was great and would definitely book again. * Great restaurants in the area.

We stayed here for a few weeks while looking for property of our own in the area. Trisha made us all - including our dog - feel welcome and at ease. Access to the App Trail is fantastic. Exploring the farmers market and nearby Cold Spring and Beacon are also highlights. Thank you for everything, Trisha!

My husband and I took a couple days away from the city to stay at this lovely airbnb. We were touched by how thoughtful the hosts were in all of the extra details to our stay. It was extremely relaxing and homey. It is also nice that Newpaltz town is just a few minutes drive away, so it is a great balance of being "in the woods" and convenience. Fresh squeezed OJ in the sauna was 10/10!! Highly recommend!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place for a solo vacation! I was able to do yoga, go in the hot tub, and take a walk around the property!

Kim’s place was very nice and as described. Central location, close to retail shops and restaurants, yet had a secluded feel. Overall, we were satisfied.

The place was great. It was right next to mountain creek. It had a nice hot tub to hang out in . The only problem was the hot water in the shower wouldn’t get so hot. Otherwise the house was a 10/10
