Great place with responsive hosts. Our family loved the property, the views, and the area. We hiked around the state park trails there onsite, explored the little chapel, grilled out, ate around the fire pit, ate at The Chicken House, hiked around Charlestown State Park, watched a lot of March Madness, and just enjoyed being together.

Jennifer’s place was a perfect stay for our family of seven. We had a kid with us and one of the rooms upstairs is connected to another room that has a futon. There isn’t a door that separates the two rooms but we were fine with that. It was sunny and nice to be able to sit on the back patio. We rented a golf cart and took that around town (designated areas). The town is very walkable and in the summer months, with everything open, I can imagine it being lively. We took a walk along the Ohio River (which we walked to) and that was nice. Kitchen also had what we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was a great area to get to fun places in Nulu and super convenient to walk to Whiskey Row. Big city with a small town feel and felt very safe where we were. The back courtyard was a cute area to privately relax outside ! I ❤️Louisville!!!

The River’s Edge Oasis was a great place to stay for our quick trip through Louisville. Had some difficulties for a few minutes getting the keys, but James answered very quickly and we figured out the issue and everything was smooth sailing from there. The house is decorated very nicely and very clean, you’ve got everything you need and if you don’t have it there are plenty of options around to find what you’re looking for. It was beautiful to wake up overlooking the Ohio River in the early mornings, very quiet and peaceful. James and his team were very accommodating and it made our short stay so enjoyable. We would definitely book this house again if we’re ever in the Louisville area!

Stayed a week for a family trip around Louisville. We appreciated the nice, affordable stay. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Location is great as it’s very close to downtown LaGrange. Great little town! We enjoyed our stay!

Great spot. A lot of recreational space. Very responsive hosts. Close to a Walmart, which was great. Couldn’t think of a better spot if you are doing the Bourbon Trail.

Lovely, modern, clean, accommodations. Our group routinely hikes together and this was perfect. Nice, large, open group area with modern kitchen adjacent to living and dining area. Looks just like the pictures. Sleeping was great and just as described. Trent and April were responsive and helpful. Storms hit the area the night b4 our arrival and Trent was there cleaning up and making sure everything was as good or better than promised. Nice fellow. One of the best ABNB experiences our group has ever had--everyone agreed. Regrettably, it rained interminably during our stay and our hiking was limited--but there are nearby distilleries and wineries so we had plenty to do. We will definitely return if we schedule recreation in the vicinity.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and fully stocked with the things we would need. The hot tub was a great bonus, and very clean. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay close to Louisville or just a spot to getaway and hangout.
