We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

Had a great stay at Julian's and we thoroughly enjoyed the garden. There are a lot of steep stairs up to the house so something to keep in mind if that would be an issue for you. All in all a cozy spot in a fun location.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

This was such a perfect place for our stay in Hollywood. We could walk to lots of places and short drive to universal studios. The house had lots of stylish furniture and nice architectural features. It was homely and welcoming which suited us. It also felt safe and secure. Thank you Rosalyn. We would definitely recommend :)

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

Stayed here for my son’s college tour, this place is so close to Cal State Dominque’s hills which was one of the colleges we visited! Place was clean, safe neighborhood and kitchen is stocked well! It had all appliances and kitchen ware needed to cook and even had several spices to use. She welcomed us with a goodie basket and even had coffee for us! Highly recommend this home! Would stay here again! Host was very responsive and great communication! 😊

This is a cozy little two bedroom condo duplex that’s a great alternative if you don’t want to stay at one of the Disneyland hotels. It’s a 10 minute walk to the park. I stayed there for four days with my 10-year-old twin daughters, and we had a blast. Kitchen has modern amenities, as does the laundry room, which made keeping up with the needs of two hungry kids easy. The kids room has bunkbeds, twin over full, which suited my kids nicely. The master BR has vaulted ceiling, but no connected master bathroom. The description was accurate, and the host was very responsive and proactive. The binder of instructions was very helpful and clear. You get a garage space which comes in very handy. All in all, if you’re going to Disneyland, and you don’t want to stay at the hotel, and you need a cozy place for your family, this is just about perfect.

Great location and house was very welcoming. Loved all of the features especially the lighting in the house. Favorite part is that it’s so close to Disneyland!

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

We loved the location being within walking distance of restaurants and the beach! And it was so wonderful that Bic decorated for the holidays in December and had a Christmas tree set up in the living room that was color-coordinated with the home. We appreciated this being there during Christmas!

A great deal for a cozy place with secure parking and a dreamy flexible check in and out. Lovely host. The place is not that big and the bathroom is tiny, but worked just great for what I needed for a few nights (& amazing water pressure). Starbucks is next door, grocery store in one direction and the Americana shopping mall in the other. Lots to walk to.

Irene’s place was great. It was very peaceful and clean. Great neighborhood too.

Four poets in LA for a literary conference--Ben & Alexis' home could not have been a poetic and gorgeous retreat from the hubbub of the conference. The home is a work of art. Extraordinary. And there is everything that you can imagine needing to make for a comfortable and easy stay. So beautiful and practical. And just 12 minutes from the convention center, but once inside, a million miles away. 🩷

Liza’s house was perfect! We enjoyed the location and the pool was great for our kids. Liza helped us with an early check in and was generous with the pool on those random cold LA days. The outdoor space is beautiful. We cooked our meals outside, poolside and enjoyed hearing the coyotes and stargazing in the evening. We can’t wait to return.

5 stars all around! Wish we could've stayed longer! Extensions were generously offered, but we had to be back in our town today so unfortunately we couldn't extend our visit. The weather was a bit too cold to utilize the pool but it was definitely still a nice, peaceful area to lounge at. I appreciate the privacy of the front patio and the entry was simply and sweet. The little touches around the house such as bowties for the paper towels and cookies left were very cute and made our short trip to Disney a little more magical. Would definitely recommend for families, each of my kids had their own room and ample space. The listing is exactly as pictured and the hosts were very friendly. 1000% better option than the local hotels. Check-in and check-out were simple and our trip was great. Thank you again!

Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!
