Mont Boron, Nice : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in Nizza und haben die Unterkunft dort sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war für uns super, eine wirklich gut eingerichtete Küche, eine große und möblierte Terrasse inclusive Grill. 👍 Raphael hat stets schnell und hilfreich auf unsere Fragen reagiert, kam selbst zweimal vorbei und hat uns sogar die private Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung gestellt. 🏓 Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und so sind wir ausschließlich mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs gewesen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung von Raphael nur empfehlen! 👍💪👌 Super!

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans l’appartement et le canapé est très confortable. La pièce en haut n’est pas adapté au gens qui mesurent plus que 1,70 et il n’y a pas de fenêtre velux mais juste un vasistas. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, comme spatules, couteaux de cuisine, économe etc.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Excellent séjour À deux pas de Monaco et de la gare, proximité d’un supermarché. Le logement correspond en tout point à la description et très agréable ! Heureusement qu’il y avait les ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud. Et petit problème pour garer la voiture mais parking couvert à proximité certes payant. Mais séjour très agréable et Raul est très réactif et ses explications pour l’arrivée sont très claires et son accueil très agréable avec eau fraîche et café.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We had a great stay in Antibes… location is good near the train station if you wish to visit other towns on the coast. Walkable to the old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The balcony is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is nice to be able to open the French doors. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit is located up two flights of stairs but the elevator does not start on the ground floor, so you will have to carry it up a flight at least. Mahlia was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and was very friendly and available. Definitely recommend this spot!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement de bord de mer. Les points forts de l'environnement sont les jardins d'orangers et de citronniers qui foisonnent, et, dans un autre registre, la proximité de la gare qui permet de se passer de voiture pour aller à Monaco, Menton, et même facilement à la frontière italienne.

Très bref mais très bon séjour. Bon accueil, hôte très disponible et discret. Très bel appartement. Merci encore

Un village et un logement inspirants pour un moment de déconnexion

Laurie è stata gentile e premurosa. La casa era impeccabile. Peccato per il tempo perché altrimenti avremmo sfruttato anche la parte esterna che si affacciava su una vista meravigliosa della città e del mare. Ancora più bella che le foto. Super pulita!

Excellent week-end entre amis. La villa est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. La cuisine bien équipée et la propreté irréprochable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la décoration intérieure et l’aménagement du jardin. Nous recommandons cette villa

Christophe is a 10/10 host - absolutely wonderful at communicating and being proactive. He even let us check in early and check out late - it seemed like nothing was too big of an ask. The airbnb itself was absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos. There is so much room and plenty of equipment for cooking in or having a bbq. An absolutely perfect spot - I have no recommendations on improvements! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

L’emplacement de la maison était parfait pour nous, qui venions voir nos enfants tout près. Notre séjour a été excellent, la maison de Dorothee est impeccable et très bien aménagée. Rien ne manque, que ce soit dans le salon, la chambre, la salle de bain, ou la cuisine. Et les petites attentions que Dorothee nous a laissés dans chaque pièce nous ont comblés. Merci Dorothée, nous reviendrons !

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

Alloggio impeccabile, curato nei dettagli e pulitissimo. Fornito di tutto, come essere a casa. Posizione comoda ai mezzi pubblici, in 12 minuti a Cannes sulla Croisette. Nicole a Vale persone gentili e disponibilissime per qualsiasi domanda. Consigliatissimo

Très bon séjour dans le très bel appartement proposé par Yévan. Nous venions avec un bébé et tout était prêt pour nous à notre arrivée. Notre hôte nous avait même préparé un lit parapluie pour la petite. Merci pour ce chouette accueil nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mars 2025 , tout s’est bien passé, le studio est fonctionnel, la grande terrasse est un espace parfait pour accueillir mon labrador habitué à son grand jardin. Je remercie Cyril pour sa gentillesse, c’est un hôte au top !

After a long day, we hoped for a smooth check in and a relaxing evening. we arrived at the property and checked ourselves in, this was a very simple and easy process. the apartment was lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. we did have a small issue but nothing to elaborate on here about. This was quickly sorted and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property if you find yourself looking for a room with a view.

Logement idéalement situé au cœur de Juan -les-Pins, propreté impeccable, bon équipement et bon isolement. Une très agréable terrasse abritée avec vue sur la mer toute proche nous a permis de manger dehors en pleines vacances de Noël. Nous avons profité de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée : Bouteille de bienvenue, petites courses pour assurer l'essentiel... Nous sommes vraiment ravis.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Appartement bien équipé lumineux et calme. Vue exceptionnelle Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passé un agréable séjour. Parking appréciable. Seul inconvénient il faut être véhiculé. Si les commerces sont à 5 mm en voitures ils sont difficilement accessibles à pied vu le dénivelé ! Nous recommandons à 200 % !!!

A breathtaking view with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep! It is centrally located, with many grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants around. The train station is within a 10-minute walk. The place is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you may need, and the gated parking garage is also included. Frederick is super friendly, very responsive, and arrived on time to personally greet us. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!
