Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Es war extrem sauber, gemütlich und Guido und Mari super gastfreundlich:) + in der Küche mangelt es an nichts

Het is een prima huis voor een paar dagen. Schoon , alles erop en aan. Een aanrader.

Hier hebben we een geweldig verlengd weekend gehad! Pal in het centrum van Malmedy, verswinkel aan overkant van de straat, bakker en restaurants op wandelafstand. Appartement zelf is niets op aan te merken, alles tip top! Communicatie met de hosts verliep heel vlot, vriendelijk en steeds een snelle reactie. Hier komen we graag terug!

Nous avons loué ce logement pour 2 nuits. Superbe appartement, très propre et une belle décoration. Petit panier en arrivant avec des biscuits, fruits et même des petites friandises pour notre chien. Je recommande vivement 😊

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zentraler Lage, super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wunderschöner Altbau mit hohen Decken und Stuckverzierungen kombiniert mit modernem Comfort. Die Parkplatzsituation ist wie überall im Zentrum von Liège sehr schlecht, dafür ist fußläufig alles Wichtige zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung zu einem sehr guten Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Verblijf is beter dan op de foto’s. Super leuke locatie in de stad te verkennen of om te vertrekken op je wandeling. Heel snelle en duidelijke communicatie ! Top!

Die Unterkunft hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht und Udo hatte immer Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch. Die Lage war für ein verlängertes Wochenende und einen direkten Start zum Wandern bestens geeignet.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

We had a beautiful weekend stay! The owners are just amazing! They treat their holiday home as their child and they are very proud of it! And they gave us the most amazing welcome with birthday decorations for my mom! The house is nice and very well equipped, new and clean! The wooden stokes sauna is lovely (maybe an outdoor shower could be a nice addition). The restaurant and bakery nearby are nice too and the “churches hike” (12KM), check Komoot is great! Thank you so much for hosting us! Strongly recommend this B&B!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sebastiaan's house with three adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there, and we loved looking out the kitchen windows to the peaceful creek and fields beyond the backyard. Our kids had a great time playing in the creek as well as enjoying the toys, books, and games in the house. We loved using the indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The house was very clean but still felt comfortable and homey. We didn't realize in advance the kitchen was a few steps down from the living and sitting room, but it ended up being a great space with large enough rooms for everyone to be together but also easy to split into smaller groups. The walk from the house to the nature reserve was wonderful and we saw lots of nesting herons. We felt we still had things we wanted to do in the area and we'd love to visit again and stay again at Sebastiaan's place.

Carmen ist eine wunderbare Vermieterin und eine noch tollere Persönlichkeit. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Charmante maison de campagne et grand jardin, avec tout le confort plus quelques petites attentions. Parfait pour découvrir les Hautes Fagnes. Les propositions de randonnées et balades à pied ou à vélo sont vraiment les bienvenues. On en a vraiment profité avec nos deux filles. On recommande !

Juliane ist eine Super nette Gastgeberin gewesen. Ihr Haus/ Anwesen ist wirklich der Hammer. Sogar noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben unser all jährliches Männerwochende dort verbracht mit 16 Jungs. Da passt wirklich alles Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank

Ons verblijf in het huisje van Roeland en Nathalie was echt top! Op voorhand kregen wij al allerlei tips voor de omgeving zodat wij ons verblijf goed konden plannen. Bij aankomst konden wij gemakkelijk zelfstandig in het huisje. Het huisje zelf was echt mooi en proper, lag zeer mooi gelegen op een heuvel waardoor je er een prachtig uitzicht had. Het huisje is echt een aanrader en de host mag terecht een superhost genoemd worden!

Nous avons passé un super teambuilding dans un magnifique gite. Merci à Catherine d'avoir toujours répondu présente pour nos demandes.

Samen met mijn vriend en mijn baby van 10 maanden verbleven in huis Felix. We waren ontzettend tevreden en hebben ons ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Alles was schoon, nieuw en compleet. Ook de communicatie met Vanessa was fijn en snel. Wij zouden het zeker aanraden!

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

alles was heel netjes en voorzien van alle comfort. De bedden lagen echt lekker. vanuit het huisje kan je overal vlot naartoe rijden om mooie wandelingen te maken. voor herhaling vatbaar.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von den Gastgebern, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine tolle Unterkunft mit Whirlpool und Sauna zum entspannen suchen! Man kann hier absolut abschalten und den Alltag vergessen.
