Wow, what an amazing place! This was our first Air B&B booking and was perfect for us, 6 adults and our black Labrador, Buster. The Tower was easy to find with clear directions provided and access simple with a key safe. The property was beautiful, quirky, interesting, well thought out, clean, homely, very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The pint of milk and bottle of rose in the fridge was a lovely touch. The Tower was a short drive to Wareham, where there were plenty of choices to eat and where you can hire boats and canoes. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are also within easy reach. Ellie was a fantastic host and responded to any questions very promptly. We were grateful that Gordon and Ellie were happy to share their beautiful home with us. We had a wonderful stay in Cara‘s Portland cottage. We were there over Christmas week. Cara had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and was really responsive to every request. We know Portland well and have many friends we were there to visit, so we already knew what a fabulous place it is to be. The cottage was really well stocked with all the equipment we needed and more. Cara left us a fabulous hamper of Christmas bits and bobs - so much we couldn’t get through it all! Thank you, Cara. We will be back!

The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Beautifully quiet beach area with very few people. We enjoyed the hot tub and cinema screen. Tastefully decorated allowing for some much needed chill

We booked this at short notice and it was perfect for what we were looking for, after a very busy and stressful period we just wanted somewhere to chill and relax for a few nights. The yurt itself is well furnished and very comfortable with lots of attention to detail. There’s a decked area that leads to a bathroom and well equipped kitchen. A personal note from Camilla with a pack of biscuits and eggs was much appreciated as was the coffee, tea and milk that was in the kitchen. The weather whilst we stayed varied a lot but the yurt stayed warm and we didn’t find the need to use the log burner. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Ganders Cottage, with two young children. The cottage was spotlessly clean, pleasant to stay in and we put the patio to good use by having breakfast there every day. We even spotted a pheasant from the garden. The kids enjoyed the cottage and it was very family friendly. We only regret not taking the time to explore the farm and walk the area. The cottage was ideally situated to explore the Jurassic Coast, and we had many lovely outings to the nearby beaches. Charlotte and Robin were great hosts, attentive yet unintrusive, kind and thoughtful. They gave us good tips before and during the stay.

I’d never arranged a gathering with this many people before, so I was worried how it would turn out, but I needn’t have been, everything was fantastic from the get-go. The instructions to find the house were flawless, and there was plenty of parking space for us all. None of the bedrooms felt cramped, even though there were so many of us, and there were plenty of bathrooms dotted around. The kitchen is vast, with multiple fridges and a great oven, and we really enjoyed being able to eat together around the massive dining room table. The living room could accommodate all of us, and much fun was had with the pool and table football tables, as well as the hot tub. Throughout our stay our hosts were invisible unless we needed them, at which point they replied swiftly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large party, thanks for having us!

Our stay at Poachers cottage was really wonderful and exactly what we had wanted. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the cottage was so thoughtfully and beautifully done. The facilities were incredible and we were very lucky to have the pool to ourselves with beautiful weather when we stayed. There was loads for our toddler to do and Adele had any bits we might need for him. I am pretty heavily pregnant and between the pool and the very comfortable beds I had a wonderfully relaxing stay and anytime I needed something, somehow it was already there in the cupboard or in the bedroom. We couldn’t have asked for more. Home made cake and local bits when we arrived and all. Honestly I’ve been so torn on whether to keep this place all to myself but I couldn’t help but rave about my holiday when I got home and have had 3 friends ask for the link to go and stay!
