We had a fantastic stay—our kids absolutely loved it and begged to stay longer every single day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, with gorgeous morning strolls and stunning evening sunsets. We especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly—the built-in dog door in the bedroom was such a thoughtful detail, letting our pup come and go without waking us. After full days of kayaking around the Channel Islands, relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked for home-cooked meals, and the welcome snacks were a lovely touch. We also loved not having to pack beach gear—the hosts had everything covered: toys, canopy, towels, you name it. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the host’s kindness in offering us a late checkout made our departure so much smoother. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We could not be happier with our stay at Lisa’s beautiful home in Ventura! My husband is always very skeptical of renting homes as opposed to staying at a hotel, and even he kept saying “Ok this was an excellent find” Everything about the house was as described and Lisa went above and beyond in making sure the house was ready and comfortable for us, even getting the pack n play set up and ready for use for our 1 year old. The kids bunk room, board games and puzzles, safety covers on every outlet, baby supplies and an abundance of beach toys and gear all helped make this an absolutely perfect spot for families. We were so close to the beach it was no problem at all taking 3 small kids there and back multiple times, and the little main street with a couple restaurants was less than a 5 minute walk away. Instructions were all so clear, the backyard was awesome to hang out and enjoy dinner at, and the entire house was so clean and comfortable. My family is already begging to book it again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Chic Beach House! We had plenty of space and it was dog friendly. This was important to us, and our golden retriever Vinnie. What a nice get away. The decor was fresh and comfortable. The coffee station in the kitchen was great. The extra towels for the dog was smart with the close walk to the beach. Loved the charming backyard patio. What a treat.

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

This was our first time staying here, and it was great! Perfect set up for a relaxing weekend, with a great combination of things to do (including beach time with the provided equipment) and relaxing at the house (including the great kitchen and dining setup). Super convenient parking too!

Teri's place is a lovely little oasis - feels cozy and private as soon as you're thru the front gate. Walkable to downtown Ventura - highly recommend the Frontside Cafe for breakfast! Everything else as described! Would stay again. Thanks Teri!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is updated and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. A great value for the price and location, with a 10 minute walk to the beach and short drive to downtown and the pier.
