This stay lives up to all of the other positive reviews! Pam and her husband were super responsive! The home was beautiful with great views of the lake. They’ve thought of literally everything even down to all of the light switches being labeled. The space was clean and beds comfortable! The lake is just far enough from nearby towns to be private and quiet, yet close enough that you can go to places like Grand Rapids or Rockford for a nice meal, or Greenville to shop at Marshall’s! At one point, we got locked out and Pam called us and got us back in the house immediately. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and when we got back from dinner one night, Pam had left us a gift basket with all sorts of goodies to celebrate our special occasion! I cannot recommend this host and stay enough!!

I had a wonderful experience at Ambers lake house. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. She was an excellent host, very responsive, friendly and helpful with local recommendations. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

We have stay with Fresh Water at least 4 other times and always have a great experience and a lot of fun. The home is set up very well with the three different levels very conducive to families

The house is very spacious and a perfect place for a family getaway. Views of the lake were incredible and a delight to wake up to. Plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities and not too far from town.

Our stay in the cottage was great. It was quiet, clean, cozy and convenient to our needs. The cottage was well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Communication was very responsive and courteous. We forgot our pups harness and leash when we left and they were so kind to mail it to us! We will be back!

There's so much good to say about this place. Outside of the basics (responsive, as advertised, clean, etc.) Jessica and Dan went above and beyond. We came for a difficult visit with family and stayed there through several snow storms - the walk was always cleared of snow and salted. Jessica gave us a local restaurant recommendation that suited our less-common taste perfectly. Dan had thoughtful words for our family situation when we met - very kind. We made a few small requests while we were there and everything was handled promptly and warmly. Uncommon Bonuses: ~Are you tall? You will love the shower head that's way up high. ~Have kids? There's a wide open area in the main living space to spread out and play. ~Want to cook and bring a dish somewhere? The majority of baking and beautiful serving dishes you could want are here. This place really is calm, welcoming, walkable, charming, nourishing and extra functional.

Haven was a fantastic private getaway for our family of 4. The lakeside view on the deck made for the most relaxing start and end to every day. The house was fully furnished with everything we could need for the week. Food, drink and clothing were the only things that we needed to provide for ourselves. We had one day of solid rain, but with good WiFi, games, a cozy living room and a nice kitchen, we were perfectly content just relaxing inside.

The best place for a quiet holiday by the lake

Space was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds. The neighborhood is adorable and very walkable. And the bakery downstairs has absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls.

Very accommodating! It’s a wonderful place in cedar springs, reasonably priced and all amenities you could need! I especially appreciate the full kitchen and washer and dryer as a lot of places don’t offer those! Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer and very helpful. Definitely recommend and will book in the future for my Cedar Springs trips:)

Steven's place was the perfect location for walking and biking - beautiful paved 82 mile bike trail runs right through the village - I used it often! Nice washer and dryer and kitchen appliances. Nice silverware, dishes, pans...linens were great. Well-stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and bath gel, shampoo and creme rinse, hairdryer...everythinbg you could need. The house was spacious. I would only suggest some fresh paint in the kitchen and some new porch cushions. Otherwise it was perfect!

We stayed for local MX racing and needed last minute booking and an estimated distance from the track. It was their Halloween weekend that weekend so trick or treating and busy time around there. Wes responded quickly and had the place free for my kiddos and myself. We were able to throw dinner in a crock pot and eat once home before getting ready for trick or treat fun! The place was so nice and so at home. Very up to date, lots of games and sooo many books! The place was very, very clean and then care of. Cats and dogs meet you at the driveway and deer in the cornfields next door. Such a beautiful view to wake up to.

Jennifer was an excellent host with quick responses and flexibility with regard to check in and checkout as possible. The home was well-appointed and modern in its interior. The furniture and beds were comfortable, as well! I would recommend this accommodation for a smaller girls or couples getaway or for those needed local lodging while visiting the area.
