Doug was very responsive both before and after booking. The home was easy to find and as described in the listing. The only thing missing were batteries in the TV remote, which the host would have had no way of knowing they were missing. It was NO PROBLEM at all as there is a Dollar General nearby. We appreciated that it is a pet friendly listing and even our dog felt right at home. :) Would not hesitate to book this home again.

I had a wonderful experience at Ambers lake house. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. She was an excellent host, very responsive, friendly and helpful with local recommendations. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

It was a perfect home for our family to meet up from the gulf coast and visit local family members and friends. The home was plenty big enough and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the peaceful sunrises on the deck and bonfires in the evenings. The older kids stayed busy kayaking and playing the board games that were provided. I would absolutely book this place again and recommend it to others.

A nice place with a responsive host, was a little tricky to find (neighbor helped direct us) but easy to get in/out of and access once you find it.

This was such a wonderful stay celebrating family getting married. The location was beautiful and Andy was a super welcoming host. Offered a pontoon rental that was such a great deal as well! Totally recommend if you're looking for a spacious relaxing stay.

Our stay in the cottage was great. It was quiet, clean, cozy and convenient to our needs. The cottage was well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Communication was very responsive and courteous. We forgot our pups harness and leash when we left and they were so kind to mail it to us! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Derek and Ashley's cabin. It was super cute, ultra clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the location was beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed watching the people out on the lake ice fishing and we had the opportunity to meet Derek who was just a super nice guy. All of our communication was easy and non-stressful. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely amazing trip! Carol provided superior quality person care.I couldn’t of asked for a better person to work with. Carol was so helpful. Answering any questions we had along the way. Also making accommodations for the long drive and vary late arrival time after midnight. Definitely will be returning for another wonderful adventure.

We actually had the privilege of meeting carol and her family during our stay, they were incredible sweet and very helpful. The campground was full of extremely friendly people as well ( mostly regulars who had permanent campsites) there is the most adorable couple who have been there for 44 years that make a nightly routine of ringing a bell to let all the campers know that they are giving out free ice cream !!! This place is amazing 10 out of 10 would recommend it to anyone looking for a great summer getaway! The lake is beautiful !

My family throughly enjoyed celebrating the holiday here. It was so peaceful and beautiful once the snow began falling. The kitchen was huge enough to have our entire dinner spread on the island, and the dishwasher came in great handy. Our only complaint was the beds were extremely firm. My fiancé actually enjoyed this, but myself and my parents, not so much. But the place was spotless and the hosts were kind and responsive. Thank you again.

Very accommodating! It’s a wonderful place in cedar springs, reasonably priced and all amenities you could need! I especially appreciate the full kitchen and washer and dryer as a lot of places don’t offer those! Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer and very helpful. Definitely recommend and will book in the future for my Cedar Springs trips:)

This stay lives up to all of the other positive reviews! Pam and her husband were super responsive! The home was beautiful with great views of the lake. They’ve thought of literally everything even down to all of the light switches being labeled. The space was clean and beds comfortable! The lake is just far enough from nearby towns to be private and quiet, yet close enough that you can go to places like Grand Rapids or Rockford for a nice meal, or Greenville to shop at Marshall’s! At one point, we got locked out and Pam called us and got us back in the house immediately. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and when we got back from dinner one night, Pam had left us a gift basket with all sorts of goodies to celebrate our special occasion! I cannot recommend this host and stay enough!!

Host was incredible, and communicated often throughout our stay. The house is GORGEOUS, and the lakeview is stunning. I would say the only down side is the location, as it was a bit of a drive to even get to the closest grocery store, so i'd recommend looking into things like that first. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Celebrated our 40th bdays with 3 adult couples. Wonderful stay. Hot tub was hot and clean, ready to go when we got there. Everything was as described in the pictures. House was clean and we had no issues with self-check. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of lake. House was big enough that everyone had their own space, would be a great place to come back with the family.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this house. We had 13 girls stay here for a bachelorette party and everyone was comfortable and happy. They have everything you forgot at home somewhere available to you, and it’s all clearly labeled and easy to find. I’ve never seen a lake more peaceful, definitely recommend adding in the pontoon for your stay and just coast the lake. The giant windows looking out to the lake were so beautiful. The surroundings and home itself make for some beautiful memories and cute pictures for any weekend get away. The lake it very very quiet and there isn’t too much going on, which is exactly the way I like to spend my time. We’ve already discussed wanting to make this a yearly event.

We were very happy with our stay. There were some small hiccups due to our visit happening during a snowstorm and deep freeze - but the host was extremely responsive and took care of everything promptly. The house is very well stocked for large gatherings. Plenty of dishes, towels, pillows, etc. Lots of room to be together. Our kids loved the pool and foosball tables and the jacuzzi. The fireplace was so nice and cozy after skiing all day. The beds are pretty firm. It was beautiful in the winter and can’t imagine how much we’d love it in the summer. We definitely recommend this property and host. The host requires registration with ‘happy guest’ and an additional deposit/credit card hold in case of any damage. I haven’t seen this before in any airbnbs that I’ve used. We didn’t object but some might be concerned about that.

Derek was super helpful and responsive from the beginning of our booking to the final day. The home was comfortable, spacious and had lots of outdoor toys to keep our family entertained. The kitchen was well appointed for all of the meals we brought with. Storage, utensils, bedding, towels, etc. were all easy to find and good quality. We spent our time at the house for a family trip, with cousins ranging from 2-70 years old - and everyone enjoyed their time. In fact, several of the kids asked if they could live there together. Of the minor things we contacted Derek about (like locating a remote or not knowing how to turn on a certain light) - he was super responsive and helpful.

The camper was very clean, if you own one yourself you will have no issue here. Simple thermostat, cold fridge, not squeaky beds. almost rare in an airbnb! Was in town for a wedding, campsite was a great place to have down time. Great hot tub and pool (open until 11pm)
