Monte Argentario : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

The house is very typical, its like a cottage. If you arrive, I recommend you park your car in the near by parking and walk from there, its 200 meters, its better than wonder around how to arrive as the google does not lead you there precisely. There is many things you can do around. We arrived to explore and Sarah was very responsive and nice in person. Just one thing that we were missig was a window in one room there is no window and in the second room there is only a roof window so there is no natural light in there. But its probably because of the old constructions and also the hot season. Othere than that we liked this place.

La casa ha una posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia ed è fornita di tutti i servizi, incluso il wifi (comodo poiché non c'è molta copertura di rete in zona). Cinzia è stata molto gentile e reattiva, anche quando abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check-in per un imprevisto.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

La casa di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiellino: pulita, ordinata, spaziosa, accogliente, completa di tutto, con anche una fresca veranda con un giardino curato dove poter pranzare in compagnia e far giocare i bambini. Dispone anche di due posti auto comodissimi. Si trova in una via residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal bellissimo mare e a due minuti in macchina dal centro di Castiglione. Beatrice è un host molto premurosa, si notano subito l'amore e la passione che ci mette per rendere la casa il più accogliente possibile per far in modo che gli ospiti passino un soggiorno felice e tornino a casa soddisfatti. Noi abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana ed è stata dura fare le valigie per far ritorno a casa! Se scegliete Castiglione come luogo di vacanza, le case di Beatrice sono super consigliate! Grazie ancora per il fantastico soggiorno!

Lucia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die immer erreichbar ist. Die Unterkunft ist total schön gelegen, fussläufig zum Meer und trotzdem ruhig. Auto ist allerdings hilfreich, allein schon um die tolle Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Betten sind für Personen ab 1,90 m leider etwas zu kurz. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung einfach , zweckmäßig und sauber. Uns hat es gefallen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Eurer Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Ofen,moderne Möbel. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in Strandnähe, mit kleinem Garten. Ein guter Startplatz für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

Old classic house which is well renovated and clean. There was all we needed. Super quiet and private with cosy garden full of olive trees. On top of that there’s 2 lovely cats who stayed arround the house most of the time and gave us company. Simon is s nice guy, who responds within a minute. We really enjoyed out stay, I can’t remember any downs.

Appartamento in mezzo alla natura, ben collegato sia per visitare le spiagge che l'entroterra. Clorinda e i suoceri che vivono sopra all'appartamento sono stati cordiali e gentili. Tutto bene!

Amo la Maremma, una terra accogliente come la sua gente. In questo breve viaggio ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare nella bellissima casa di Massimo, situata in posizione splendida nel centro di Saturnia. L’appartamento è davvero accogliente e funzionale, fornito di tutto il necessario per farti sentire come a casa. Il self check in è stato molto facile e comodo e ci ha consentito di raggiungere l’abitazione senza stress da appuntamento. Massimo si è sempre dimostrato pro attivo con una comunicazione efficace e chiara. Consiglio vivamente la Casa di Massimo a chiunque voglia visitare questo bel territorio. Io stesso non mancherò di ritornare. Grazie Massimo.

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Nonostante avessimo anticipato il check in, la signora Francesca si è resa subito disponibile. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati travolti dalla sua simpatia. Appena prese le chiavi siamo entrati e abbiamo trovato cioccolatini di benvenuto, letto rifatto ed asciugami puliti. Le pale in camera e l'aria condizionata hanno contribuito ad un sonno tranquillo. Siamo stati molto bene.

Ottima host, casa ampia e spaziosa, adatta a grandi famiglie. Posto auto in strada gratuito e vicino a tutti i servizi. Consigliato!!!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

Hat alles bestens funktioniert. Lage ist super, nahe am grossen, breiten Sandstrand. ca. 10 minütiger Fussmarsch ins Zentrum vom Marina. Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch gut ohne Auto möglich. Grössere Einkaufzentren/ Sehenswürdigkeiten für Alternativprogramme mit Auto gut erreichbar. Wohnung sauber und gut gepflegt, in ruhigem Wohnquartier mit viel Grünflache in Gehdistanz. Alles Nötigen ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Danke Roberta für die schönen 14 Tage bei dir in der Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Laura gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war schön so schnell am Strand und mit einem kurzen Spaziergang in den Ort zu gelangen. Die Betten waren bequem, die zwei Badezimmer sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war einfach und sie hatte Zeit uns persönlich zu begrüssen und in dir Wohnung zu führen. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen, die Lage war exzellent.

A paradise! Even better than expected, so we have prolonged our stay. Beautiful house, apartment and garden. Perfect location, amazing view, private access to the sea, calm and the city center within walking distance. And most importantly, dog walking and hiking paths starting directly in front of the house. Great host and communication, nothing to criticise. We will come again. Thank you, Marcella.

Riccardo was always quick to respond and welcomed us at apartment. The apartment was so charming and comfortable. It looks very newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. It is a quick walk to the harbor and restaurants. I would highly recommend Riccardo’s place.

Die Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick über das Wasser und Monte Argentario war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz. Besonders die Outdoor-Küche, in der wir gerne gekocht haben – super ausgestattet und perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Antonio war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten, sehr nette Unterhaltungen. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder. Zuletzt: Auto konnte man super unterstellen (kleine Garage in der Nähe der Wohnung). Absolutes must-have für Monte Argentario, Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich hier sonst schwierig.

La casa è spaziosa, pulita e tenuta molto bene, con tutti i confort di cui si ha bisogno. A 5 minuti in macchina dal lungomare e dalla zona dei principali bar/ristoranti ed attrazioni di Porto Santo Stefano. La proprietaria, Simona, sempre molto disponibile e presente per qualsiasi bisogno.

La casa è in zona riservata e silenziosa e in un residence molto tranquillo fornito di tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Il mare dista 5 minuti a piedi ed è possibile scegliere tra lido privato e spiaggia libera. La Piscina del residence è a 1 minuto a piedi dall’alloggio, così come il bar e il market e la lavanderia a gettoni. Posto auto non assegnato ma sempre disponibile all’interno della struttura! Il centro storico di Castiglione della Pescaia è raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti ma personalmente consiglio una bici (noleggiabile all’interno del Residence) per agevolare gli spostamenti e soprattutto per evitare il parcheggio dell’auto (introvabile ad agosto). L’Host Jacopo è stato sempre presente, davvero disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per quanto concerne consigli e suggerimenti ed ha risolto in 2 ore la rottura di un elettrodomestico, sostituendolo prontamente..A sue (care) spese! Sicuramente in futuro ritornerei a scegliere Jacopo e la sua casa! Grazie Mille!
