Had a quick stay at Stanley’s place. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate the dedicated parking space and Stanley’s clear and precise instructions! I wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you Stanley, I will be back!

We had a lovely stay! Thank you! It was peaceful and private. The view is gorgeous! The “Cottage” is really cute—looks just like the picture. We had everything we needed for our stay. The instructions provided prior to our stay were detailed and made it very easy to locate the place, check-in/out, and gave useful information for our stay. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at “the Cottage” again.

We had a great stay in Kathy's and Michael's studio apartment. It had all that we needed and more. It was a beautiful neighborhood with forest settings. It is close to the river and just a short drive to surrounding cities and communities where we shopped and ate at great restaurants. We will certainly return at a later date when the weather is better but even though it rained while we were there the surroundings especially Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve in the rain was just as beautiful.

Great space. Super clean. Location is not far from eating and drinking in Petaluma but also good value and close enough to do wine tasting in Sonoma. Hosts were great and would stay again

We very much enjoyed our 4-night midweek stay in this historic inn & would absolutely stay here again! As noted in the description, this room sits feet away from a busy 4-lane road, so earplugs & eye masks are highly recommended. We pretty much had the entire building to ourselves throughout our stay so we can’t speak to interior noise from other guests, but this room is next to the communal 8-person dining room table. Our biggest concern was the lack of window coverings in the pictures, but there are now blinds on the windows facing the highway. The arched doorway windows (leading to the private patio) have reflective tinting. The large bathroom wet area has a jetted tub, double rain shower heads (of differing heights) & one uncovered window that faces the private patio - you can see an upstairs window of the building next door, but we never noticed its covering open. The king bed is squishy/comfy & has extra large down pillows & the towels were large & plush.

Lyndsay was amazing and very responsive. If you like a nice quiet pristine environment with amazing natural views this the place to be. The place is a 30-40 minute drive to St Helena for a beautiful wine adventure. The drive is gorgeous if you enjoy natural beauty.

Comfortable space for us to share while visiting family. Will come again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Wyndham resort during the weekend of the Wine Road. The two room unit was perfect. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and although being a large complex, it was very quiet. The unit was just as described. The location was perfect for our Wine Road weekend. I look forward to staying there again .

Me and my friends were here to celebrate our bride who is getting married soon. We wanted something chill and peaceful and this place was perfect for that :)

Great place, great area, as described. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. We do this trip once a year and will be looking to stay here next year.

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

Met our expectations. Large space for a studio, great well-supplied kitchen, nice balcony with a grill. Murphy bed was as comfy as a regular bed thanks to a thick mattress.
