We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Guerneville! The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the amenities—pool table, ping pong, jacuzzi, and a fantastic selection of board games to keep us entertained. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, making meal prep a breeze. The house itself was very spacious, and even our dogs had a great time exploring. Our host, Stephen, was fantastic—super responsive and accommodating, making the experience even better. For the price, this place is a great deal, and we’re already looking forward to coming back during the warmer months! Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s feels like a home away from home, and the host responds immediately to my questions. I intend to continue choosing this place in my future stays.

My family and I stayed at Kim’s place for several nights, and it rained almost every day, but the airbnb was so clean, organized, and comfortable that we fully enjoyed staying in each night, playing games and cooking food. It feels very spacious in the main shared living room/kitchen area, so everyone can spread out. We also brought 2 family dogs, who felt right at home too. The location of this Airbnb is great too because it’s only about a 30-minute drive to both the Bodega Bay Area on the coast and the Santa Rosa wine country area. Highly recommend this airbnb, and would come back again!

This place was fantastic for the four of us to have a peaceful New Years Eve trip away. You are right in a redwood grove, with a lot to do right nearby. The place had a really well stocked kitchen if you want to cook (great flat top grill). The hot tub is fantastic, and the couch/tv area was great for a movie night. If you want to explore Russian river, this is as good as it gets. We walked across the street for nine holes of stunning golf. A 20 minute drive got us to Jenner to explore the dramatic coastline, 15 minute drive to a state park for hiking, and 30 minutes to russian river's brewery. Also there is a coffee shop just across the first hole of the course, which is a rare convenience. If we had 6 guests this would have been really incredible value.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The house was spotless and had many amenities that my family and I enjoyed together, the yard was beautiful and the flowers were gorgeous. There were multiple grocery stores just a short drive away, and a stunning beach about 17 minutes out. The entire house was equipped with plenty of toys and resources for families with young children, which were very useful when taking care of my grandson. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

What a beautiful spot! To being right on the rushing river to the redwood trees and the forest-lined roads, this lovely place is the perfect getaway. The home is warm and inviting with cheerful, colorful accents throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the large-screen tv provided great entertainment options. The backyard and hot tub were completely private and wonderful. It’s super close to the ocean (Goat’s Rock Beach is a great place for dogs) and the bakery down the street is delicious. Marianna was a wonderful host - answered all my questions and provided information in a timely manner … and so sweet and considerate! I can’t recommend this home strongly enough.

Jodi and Dan's house is cute, clean and comfortable and we had the loveliest stay. The kitchen is set up perfectly and makes staying in for meals very convenient. The beds have nice linens and are comfortable and the master bathroom is particularly beautiful. There are speakers around the house that make listening to music easy and everything in the house is easy to find. Getting the kayaks into the river is a bit of an adventure with the marshy area, but it is worth it once you are out enjoying the river. The river really is the highlight of staying here. I also apprecaited the outdoor shower with warm water to clean up from the river. We hope to stay again because this house is a true gem. Thank you, Jodi and Dan!

Susan and Dave were gracious hosts. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival, helping us to feel at home. Susan has thoughtfully attended to every detail, there is nothing we were in need of during our stay. Their hospitality extended to a continental breakfast to get our day started. The sitting area at the river's bank is so serene. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading a book after a day of running up and down the coast. We are very picky about mattresses, and found the bed very comfortable. We left a couple of items behind, which Susan and Dave were very kind to mail to us. Thank you Susan and Dave for adding to what was a spectacular vacation.

Absolutely a lovely place to stay! The house was spotless, warm and welcoming. It is seriously like staying in a treehouse. The surroundings are so peaceful! The property is well thought out and has everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

This is such a sweet cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the view from the kitchen looking right at the river among trees, foliage and bamboo. Such a pretty yard and it's winter! We enjoyed a quiet lunch under the flowering jasmine, relaxed in the adirondack chairs facing the river and soaked in the pristine clean hot tub while gazing at the stars. Adam is very quick to respond to your questions! You can really tell that he cares greatly about his place and about YOU having a good experience. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the beds and linens are comfy (firm mattress fyi) and there are small notes here and there so you find your way around easily. Love the Siri speaker for music. We would love to come back in the summer and take the kayaks for a spin! This property is a win for sure!

We had a great stay at the Waterfall house. The location can't be beaten; it's secluded, the views are great and it is within walking distance from all of the Jenner hot spots :) Baked goods and drinks from Cafe Aquatica were the perfect way to start our mornings. We also had a great time kayaking on the river with the seals! The kitchen was stocked well enough for all of our needs as a group of 5, and the porch and deck spaces were great for hanging out. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable but it was good enough for our needs. The other beds were all very comfortable and we slept well! The hosts at the Jenner Inn were super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic place! My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend and couldn't have been happier. The cabin is cute, cosy, lovely and very functional. It has beautiful old world charm with modern amenities like nest heating. The deck is large and was wonderful sitting by the firepit at night. The view of the river and the redwoods was captivating. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely to walk around. Everything we needed was there and Amber was a delight to deal with and very communicative. We want to come back in summer time and think we found our favourite Russian River hideaway.

Our family of four with two kids (ages 10 and 6) had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and perfectly well-appointed. We loved the hot tub and being surrounded by redwoods. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was one of the best. We definitely felt at home. The kids loved the bunk room and had no problem sleeping in there-it was not too cold even with rainy weather. We just used a space heater to warm it up before they went to sleep. There is a fantastic bakery five minutes in both directions and it’s close to the ocean, the river, and the awesome little towns. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful spot! Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathroom, lovely deck, easy river access and all the toys. I very much appreciated the EV charger!! Thora was helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to return!

If you are looking for a cozy space where you can wake up, walk down a few flights of stairs and be in the water, this is it. It is clean, cozy and wonderful. They have one kayak, which we used and appreciated (bring a second kayak so you can cruise around together - or some inner tubes). The only challenge is parking. There is one parking spot and our Tahoe was sticking out into the road a bit (we almost drove off the cliff trying to make it work). We highly recommend.

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

Such a cute place to stay. Walkable distance to nice private small beach and little bar down by the lodge. Hot tub and private seating area in front of Airbnb. So very cute, homey and clean!! Everybody was kind. Place was a bit hard to find within all of the other homes but once you find it, it’s great!! Had a spectacular weekend getaway here!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Cherie’s cabin for two nights and had a fantastic time. The place is super cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We read a review mentioning concerns about cleanliness, but in our experience, it was spotless—we were very happy with that. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing and added a romantic touch to the whole stay. What we loved most was the stream flowing right next to the cabin—the sound created such a calm, tranquil atmosphere. We had the best sleep ever! We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Top notch all around! This little cottage has beautiful views, is perfectly located on a quiet neighborhood that is super close to anything you might want. If that isn’t enough, the house is beautifully appointed and decorated, with comfortable beds, top-notch hot tub, and a kitchen that truly has anything you need. We like to cook and we often feel frustrated at other AirBnBs, but at Mystic Cottage there was everything we needed and more! Aaaand to top it all, Alex was not only extra nice in our exchanges, with fast responses when we had questions, but he also left us a welcome note and bottle of bubbles on arrival. 100% recommend!
