Walking through the front door feels like a 2nd home. Lovely home with comfortable furniture and furnishings. Sweet backyard area.

We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

House was comfortable and even nicer than pictures. Very well appointed , everything you need is there. Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to downtown and great restaurants and shops. Deck and backyard with redwoods was private and made you feel like you were in a redwood forest. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a great time staying at the hidden apartment in Calistoga. Great hotel pool and spa with the benefit of your own kitchen and living room. Staff was onsite to greet and get us in. Everything was clean and stocked. Fantastic location right by downtown with excellent shops and restaurants! Can’t wait to come back!

Wow, just wow! To sit on your private porch overlooking the valley while the sunsets with a glass of wine,m is simply beautiful. A morning cup of coffee watching the birds enjoy the beautiful landscaping. Peaceful and serene. Easy access to Sonoma for excellent wine choices. The comprehensive travelers guide was helpful in planning our time. The well appointed kitchen made meal prep easy as we rarely eat out. The bed was so comfy! Would highly recommend to anyone! One of the best vacation rentals ever!

Amy’s hospitality was top-notch—she was available if we needed anything but also gave us our privacy to fully relax. The highlight? Her delicious morning muffins! Every place we ate at in the area was incredible, and we loved exploring the local spots. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this stay!

This studio was beautiful and pristine with a large bathroom! The most well-stocked rental we have stayed at. :) Perfect for me and my dog. We enjoyed the local surroundings and path (Lynch Creek Trail) behind the neighborhood. Plus we were only 30+ min from the coast (a beautiful drive also). Definitely recommend.

our stay was amazing and definitely would stay here again. wasn't to noisy did here foot steps from visiting center above but nothing to really complain about. Megan communicate great with flexibility in check in as we wwere coming from oregon and had a late start getting out of town.

This place is delightful - homie, private, comfortable- I appreciated Steve’s communication before hand - directions were clear and location was perfect for what I was doing in Petaluma

Great stay. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub for kids and adults. Very clean bathrooms and kitchens, plenty of space for 4, and comfortable beds.
