My wife and I had a fabulous time in Elisa’s apartment.. it is very clean, very well kept and have the a complete amenities. Elisa responded quickly to our questions and even recommended us to a driver that took us to the Airport.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

He tenido una estancia satisfactoria en el alojamiento de Tommasso. La casa está ubicada en los Apeninos toscanos, próxima al circuito de Mugello y al lago Bilancino. En una zona en la montaña. Muy bonita. Ha sido ideal para desconectar y práctico para visitar Florencia, ya que está ubicado a solo unos 3 km de San Piero a Sieve, localidad donde se puede tomar el tren que lleva a la estación central de Florencia (Santa María Novella), la cual, a su vez, deja en pleno centro de la ciudad y de todos los monumentos y lugares de interés a visitar. El alojamiento es completo, con cocina-comedor y salita en la planta baja y baño y habitaciones en planta superior. Estaba limpio a la llegada y el anfitrión Tommasso, muy amable, dio instrucciones de llegada y tuvo la atención de dejar algo para desayunar y un saco de pellet para la estufa de calefacción. Además, se interesó durante la estancia por si necesitaba algo. Todo de 10. Si quiere mejorar algo...poner un tostador

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

We spent three days at Laura and Patrizia's place in Ferrara. They were very welcoming and extremely responsive. The apartment is located in the old town within walking distance of all the attractions. The apartment is well equipped very cosy, absolutely spotless and with a lovely outdoor space. Highly recommended!

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the most relaxing time! It's very quiet at night which was wonderful for the most relaxing sleep, with a very comfortable bed. The hot tub as an extra was what made us want to stay here in the first place, and did not disappoint! So lovely, especially with the TV opposite. Federico was also a very responsive and informative host. Highly recommend for a relaxing & enjoyable place to stay.

O Antonio e a Alessandra são magníficos anfitriões, são pessoas muito amigáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. O apartamento tem excelentes condições que nos fizeram sentir em casa. Recomendo mesmo muito!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich von Giorgio begrüßt und er hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, das von seiner Familie genutzt wird. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr großzügig mit bequemen Betten und Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Außerdem gibt es eine Wohnküche und ein Bad mit Tageslicht. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Toll ist auch der Garten, wo man sich entspannen oder Tischtennis spielen kann, auch Spielgeräte (Schaukel etc.) für jüngere Kinder gibt es. Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell bei Cafés, einer Pizzeria oder auch in der Stadt - wir haben alles zu Fuß unternehmen können. Giorgio gab uns auch Empfehlungen für verschiedene Lokale oder interessante Orte in Bologna. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Giorgio sehr genossen und empfehlen ihn auf jeden Fall weiter👍🏻

Great stay and location!

Mieszkanie u Laury było wyjątkowym doswiadczeniem. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z pięknym widokiem na dolinę w starym domu na wzgórzu. Wjazd na górę i widok zapiera dech w piersiach. Laura przygotowuje przepyszne śniadania z własnymi przetworami i pieczywem. Sama chętnie udziela wszelkiej pomocy mówiąc w kilku językach. Miejsce jest idealną bazą wypadową jeśli się ma wypożyczony samochód albo przyjedzie własnym. Mamy nadzieję tutaj wrócić.

Cristina is really kind and helpful and the room was super comfy and clean. The house is close to the airport, so it's very convenient to walk there. If I visit Bologna again, I'll surely come back! :)

La communication avec Piero a été dès le début fort aisée. Son appartement à une poignée de minutes à pied de la Piazza Maggiore nous a permi de profiter pleinement du centre ville et de faire des pauses dans nos journées. Piero nous a fait plusieurs recommendations qui ont toutes améliorées notre séjour. N'hésitez pas à lui demander quelques conseils et adresses. Mention spéciale aux petits déjeuners en musique, servi dans son salon à la décoration pleine d'âme. Nous recommandons chaudement cette expérience de logement chez l'habitant, et pour être honnête, nous voyons mal comment elle aurait pu être meilleure !

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Anna è stato meraviglioso… la casa corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto. Anna ti fa sentire a casa, si prende cura di te, è una persona estremamente piacevole e accogliente. Ci ha dato consigli utilissimi sul luogo e sui ristoranti locali migliori. La casa è arredata i maniera unica, gli interni sono ricercati e ogni dettaglio non è assolutamente lasciato al caso. Che dire della colazione, buonissima con ottimi prodotti locali e un camino acceso a rendere l’atmosfera unica. Per noi è stato veramente un soggiorno memorabile , una delle migliori esperienze su Airbnb. Grazie Anna, continua così 🙏🏻

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa era era ben curata, silenziosa e spaziosa. La colazione con prodotti fatti in casa davvero buona!

If you want to experience something very special, then do not hesitate to book a stay at La Forestaria. We felt like we were in the movie Under the Tuscan Sun. We enjoyed the peaceful location. It feels very secluded and is a great place to recharge. If you are not confident in driving on tight roads then you might want to consider using a taxi service to get to the stay.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Wir standen leider im Stau und hatten zwei Stunden Verspätung; trotz später Stunde wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand und nahe der Autobahn, es ist daher als Zwischenstop oder für Ausflüge nach Parma/Modena ideal. Das Frühstück war phänomenal und wurde von der Mitarbeiterin Lira mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Splendido casale ristrutturato di recente con gusto situato nelle campagne nei pressi di bologna . Gestito da due signore ( madre e figlia) gentilissime e disponibili a qualunque nostra richiesta . Molte delle cose offerte alla prima colazione sono state fatte dalle mani sapienti della nonnina come anche la pasta fatta in casa che abbiamo gustato una sera che siamo rimasti a cena nella struttura . Camere spaziose , pulite e ben arredate . Servizi igienici nuovi . Comodissimo il parcheggio privato . Ci torneremo sicuramente .
