Siamo arrivati a tarda sera e ripartiti al mattino presto per cui abbiamo visto poco ma l' alloggio era pulito e ordinato, con tutto il necessario per la notte e l'uso cucina. Lucrezia gentile e disponibile, se ci sarà un' altra occasione torneremo

Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine ottobre per il Lucca Comics e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo in 6 persone e la casa era su misura per tutti con ampi spazi e ben disposti. Il servizio all’interno dell’alloggio ti fa sentire come fossi a casa tua con tutto il necessario. Molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile Cristian che ci ha dato informazioni chiare sulla casa e ci ha dato pieno supporto per tutti i giorni. Consiglio a chiunque voglia sentirsi a casa in un ambiente accogliente, tranquillo e con un ottima vista dal terrazzino della cucina.

Wir waren im August für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Alles war prima. Mark war super nett und hat alle unsere Fragen super schnell beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend für 4 Personen, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse auf der man wunderbar die Abende verbringen kann. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und es gibt einen schönen Ausblick auf die Olivenhaine und die Ebene. Im August würden wir allerdings nicht mehr in die Toskana fahren - es ist viel zu heiß. Aber das wussten wir vorher. Ein großes Danke das wir zwischendurch den Pool des Nachbarhauses nutzen durften!

nous avons passé un agréable séjours à Ferrara. le logement est très bien situé.il est calme et près du centre historique.ferrara est une ville exceptionnelle ! Nos hôtes ont répondu immédiatement à chacunes de nos sollicitations.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

The moment we opened the door, we felt right at home. First, the house had anything and everything you need for a week's stay with my son. The house was spotlessly clean, the apartment is silent, the heating was working great too. :) Roberta even left instructions on how to do the garbage; hence, if you are a traveler, you know how tricky every country's garbage system is. The location is great, within walking distance to everything, but if you feel lazy, 1 one-minute walk to the bus stops too. Plenty of supermarkets, big and small around, leave your luggage and you are ready for Bologna. She was very helpful for the check-in and check-out times, with local recommendations and anything in between. Will definitely return! It is now our home in Bologna! Caterina's house was absolutely beautiful! It was even better than the photos, clean and stylish with a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, with close access to nearby attractions. Caterina was such a gracious host—very kind, welcoming, and classy. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Signed up to the gym round the corner - loved it! So much yummy food and bars on the doorstep and so close to the centre!

Tolle Wohnung ganz nah dem Zentrum in einem netten kleinen Viertel, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sauber und große Räume, super Empfehlungen der Hosts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Grazie mille.

Great stay at Mirko’s place! The flat is really cosy & centrally located, it felt like a home away from home for us. Would definitely recommend it. In fact we are already planning to come back next year : )

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

une personne très gentille et à l'écoute, elle parle très bien français et nous a trés bien conseillé pour trouver un restaurant. Elle a offert à notre fille une petite poule et des chocolats car c'était le weekend de Pâques, une charmante attention et avait préparé un panier pour notre chien.Bref nous avons été très bien accueillis.Quant au logement, il est très spacieux, bien aménagé, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut, il ne manque rien. L'environnement est très calme et il y a de belles balades à faire. Je recommande chaudement !

Lovely stay, the only feedback we have is that the shower in the main bathroom is only either v hot water or v cold, nothing else. If this is just down to the way you do it, it would be good to have instructions as it was a problem for us.
