My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Super Unterkunft in einem typischen italienischen Dorf. Ruhig mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Pizzeria 50 m entfernt. Zentral zwischen Bergen und Meer gelegen.

Abbiamo utilizzato due appartamenti perché eravamo un gruppo. Pulito, tranquillo, con giardino recintato e molto vicino al Arezzo Equestrian Center. Siamo stati bene e contiamo di ritornare in estate per sfruttare la piscina. Luca proprietario molto cordiale e corretto.

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰

Claudia è stata splendida, nell'accoglierci e nella disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. Molto disponibile e amichevole ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, in famiglia. I luoghi sono splendidi, sia dal punto di vista paesaggistico/naturalistico (il parco nazionale del Casentino è un luogo incantevole) che storico culturale (Arezzo è a ca 40 min di macchina e diversi borghi nei dintorni, oltre all'Eremo e al monastero di Camaldoli). Se avremo occasione di tornare in zona sceglieremo nuovamente la casa di Claudia.

Una vacanza indimenticabile in pieno relax immersi nella natura. Sistemazione dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, ambientazione rilassante e ricaricante.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Casa Uliveto med hele storfamilien på 7 voksne og 7 ungdommer, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Både huset og eiendommen var nydelig og velholdt, og området var fredelig og trygt. Andrea var en strålende vert som svare raskt og ga oss god informasjon både før og under oppholdet. Vi fikk mange gode anbefalinger fra Andrea om lokale byer og restauranter, og vi brukte dagene godt til mye sightseeing i den vakre regionen. Høydepunktet var nok likevel kokkekurset som vi hadde hjemme i huset. Vi bestilte kurset gjennom Andrea, og de tre blide kokkene som kom, håndterte vår mangfoldige gjeng på strålende vis! De snakket kun italiensk, vi svarte på en blanding av engelsk, norsk og spansk (!), men jammen forsto vi hverandre godt likevel! Det var mye latter og gestikulering, og maten (4 retter) ble nydelig! Både store og små hadde en fantastisk kveld! Anbefales varmt! Takk for et nydelig opphold og flott vertskap!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage à la Fattoria. Notre hôte était accueillant et réactif. L’endroit est magnifique et paisible.

Sono stata in questo bellisimo appartamento per natale con la mia famiglia,siamo stati benissimo. L appartamento era caldo e fornito anche di legna per il camino. Era tutto pulito e c era tutto il necessario per u soggiorno confortevole. Il fuori anche se non l abbiamo sfruttato visto il freddo è molto bello. Sicuramente in primavera torneremo.

Un borgo meraviglioso immerso nel verde ma con tutte le comodità per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Il borgo è stato ristrutturato in modo perfetto, lasciando intatto lo stile delle strutture. Gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario e appena si mette piede fuori da casa si gode dei colori e dei suoni della natura, con la possibilità di fare anche un bel tuffo in piscina. Molto buono anche il ristorante e piacevolissima la compagnia dei cinghiali che si affacciano di tanto in tanto per un saluto. Davvero una bella scoperta!

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Casa stupenda parcheggio cura nei dettagli davvero da consigliare. Un tramonto mozzafiato! Solo un piccolo problema con l'acqua calda, forse un interruttore in bagno da non toccare non segnalato, ma davvero la casa vale quanto pagata

Michela war eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Check in und check out waren super einfach und flexibel. Von Restaurants, Stränden, Ausflügen etc. hat Sie ein tolles Handbuch zusammengestellt. Alles genau wie in der Beschreibung - wir haben vor allem die untere Couch-Lounge genossen, sowie den kleinen Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Ebenfalls sind die Küchen mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Straße ist wir von Michaela offen kommuniziert etwas laut, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Für starke Kaffeekonsumenten empfehle ich eine Bialetti oder Ähnliches mitzunehmen. Ansonsten sind Kapsel-Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden. I love this place so much I came back! once again, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I love the peace and home like feel of this little apartment and Meinolf is such a generous host.
