Monte Santa Maria Tiberina : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Roberto per un weekend per visitare i mercatini di Natale. La casa è un appartamento molto grande e completo di tutto, in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro storico. Roberto è stato molto disponibile e ha risposto prontamente a dubbi e domande da parte nostra. Ci ritorneremo

appartamento un po' datato nel mobilio e nella tipologia, che comunque è compensato dal prezzo, anzi, valutando posizione, terrazzo, e disponibilità dell'host, si potrebbe chiedere qualcosa in più. ampia salotto, cucinotto che fa il suo servizio, camera da letto grande, bagno un po' sa rificato ma che fa. il suo dovere, purtroppo senza finestra, ma comunque con aspiratore ... ci ho passato 3 GG e nei avrei passato altrettanti... comodissimo, 3 minuti a piedi da Piazza del Campo... CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Se cercate un luogo familiare e rilassante con bambini è il posto perfetto🤩

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no início de outubro! A anfitriã Paola, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, oferecendo orientações detalhadas sobre a acomodação e ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer em Siena e nos arredores. A localização é um pouco afastada do centro, ideal para quem está de carro, e captura perfeitamente o espírito da Toscana. O apartamento é amplo, muito bem equipado e com uma varanda encantadora (que pode ser solicitada ao anfitrião) com vista para o campo e cercada de oliveiras, ótima para um vinho ao final da tarde ou um café da manhã memorável. Também há uma lavanderia disponível, onde pudemos lavar nossas roupas gratuitamente, além de uma secadora por 1 Euro a cada 10 minutos. Gostamos muito da experiência e, sem dúvidas, voltaríamos para revivê-la!

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

Ottimo host... Super consigliato sia per la posizione centralissima che per la comodita del parcheggio.. Un alloggio stupendo con vista bellissima ma soprattutto una pulizia e cura dei dettagli impeccabile.. Non mancava davvero nulla... Tutto come da descrizione... Non è da tutti preoccuparsi di come sta andando l'alloggio durante il viaggio... Ci tornerei di sicuro

L'appartamento di Carla, ristrutturato con gusto e nei minimi dettagli, si trova in un palazzo storico in pieno centro di Gubbio. La posizione è ottima per chi, come noi, ha un bambino piccolo e desidera spostarsi a piedi per visitare il borgo. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni spazio! Dotato di qualsiasi comfort, sembra di stare a casa propria! Carla è stata davvero molto gentile e sempre disponibile, grazie veramente! Lo consigliamo vivamente!!

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

Cet appartement est un écrin au cœur de Cortone, la vue est magnifique sur la place principale de la ville. De plus, Stefano est un hôte très accueillant et serviable. L'appartement était propre et bien rangé et, comme nous venions pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse, j'avais demandé un gâteau que Stefano a commandé auprès d'un pâtissier (la gâteau était délicieux). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Eravamo in zona per concorso ippico nel vicino centro equestre e la casa di Tiziana ci ha concesso di essere vicini all eventi e a goderci il tempo a casa trattandosi di un ottima accomodation

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! Grazie della bellissima esperienza 💕

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location and incredible views of the city from the apartment. Laura is lovely and responsive.

Ottimo alloggio a meno di 5 minuti dal centro, con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in zona. Con una piacevole camminata (circa un quarto d'ora) si raggiunge Piazza del Campo. Consigliatissimo. Appena torno a Siena cercherò di alloggiare di nuovo qui

La gentilezza,la disponibilità,la cordialità e l'accoglienza riservata da parte di Benedetta e dei suoi genitori sono state veramente apprezzate e gradite, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Sono stati inoltre estremamente disponibili con il check in e il check out e ci hanno fornito ottimi suggerimenti culinari per la cena a Firenze. La pulizia del luogo è stata impeccabile e il paesaggio che circondava la casa ci ha permesso di godere di un ottimo panorama e di rilassarci. Ci siamo inoltre recati a Firenze, che dista circa 40 min, con la nostra macchina percorrendo una bellissima strada di campagna.

Francesca war sehr hilfsbereit und uns sehr gute Tips zu Ausflügen und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben! Haus bzw Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einziges Manko war das Bett mit der Matratze. Bett hat fürchterlich gequietscht und die gemeinsame Matratze war sehr direkt wenn sich einer gedreht hat! Gut dass noch ein Sofa da war!

Passei a virada do ano nessa acomodação junto aos meus familiares e foi tudo perfeito. Os anfitriões foram super solícitos, nos ajudando com indicações de lugares para conhecer e foram muito gentis em todos os momentos. Casa super organizada e limpa. Voltarei com certeza! Me senti muito bem e em casa. Recomendo para quem quer um lugar tranquilo em meio a belas paisagens.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sara hat uns nicht nur beschrieben, wie wir vom Bahnhof aus hinkommen (Bus C), sondern auch an der Straße auf uns gewartet. Mit ihrer äußerst freundlichen Art hat sie uns die Wohnung beschrieben, schöne Wege durch die Stadt gezeigt und leckere Restaurants empfohlen- wie das Dal Mi' Cocco gleich um die Ecke. Von der Wohnung hatten wir einen unbezahlbaren Blick auf die Stadt, den nur Nebelschwaden trüben konnten. Die Dusche ist super, Bett und Sofa bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Tisch stand eine Schale mit Obst. Bergab und (etwas steiler) bergauf waren wir in knapp 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Gerne wieder!!
