Cute little gem. James was very kind and welcoming, great communication! The fenced backyard was amazing for the 4 legged children with 2 friendly buddies on either side. Well stocked high end kitchen/appliances, light switches w/dimmers. Very comfy bed, great walk in large shower and extra 1/2 bath. Extras: extra large bath towels, large walk-in closet, comfy, washer and dryer, and nice deck for outside space with furniture, nice front porch. Cluttered and run down next door dampens this nice little gem, privacy walls/fence down left side drive way/backyard would help with this eyesore. So many nice things - great location close to Redbank and downtown. Neat neighborhoods around this area. Looking at railroad track but never heard train. Toys, games, puzzles for fun.

We really enjoyed our stay in every way. The house is gorgeous, feels even more spacious than it looks in the pictures and has a real luxury hotel vibe all around, from the specially folded towels to the plush bed linens. The hosts are wonderfully responsive and made every effort to respond to questions in a timely manner. The secret game room was a favorite for our whole family, where the adults and kids of all ages were able to play together and make some fun memories. This really made the whole experience feel like a truly fun family vacation. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

My family of 5 and our dog stayed at this wonderful location! It was clean, spacious, and very walkable to alot of different places downtown. We really enjoyed it! Forrest was a wonderful host! We will definitely be coming back again

GREAT location! Quick drive to Rock City and, Ruby Falls. Lots of great restaurants nearby, even walkable. Wonderful, friendly coffee shop within walking distance. Friendly neighbors! Great home for the whole family. We had 3 kids AND our dog and felt right at home. Lots of room inside and in the yard to spread out, run around, and relax. We had everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The craftmanship of the house was beautiful! The beds were AMAZING! Nate was very friendly and accommodating. He made sure we had the best directions to arrive to the house easily. The check out list was great and helpful. 100% recommend!!

We had a great time staying at Amanda’s! The neighborhood is so quiet and lovely in the springtime, and the house was a perfect place for a writing retreat. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Return House was exactly what we needed for a perfect weekend in Sewanee. The location is very close to the University of this South, and yet feels like it is secluded in the forest. Michael’s home is warm and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed listening to the birds while enjoying my morning coffee on the deck. Check in was easy and Michael is a great host. We will definitely stay here again!

The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and my wife and I slept so well every night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. Matt was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs, ensuring we had an stress-free stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and private, providing a serene retreat. Additionally, its proximity to Tims Ford State Park made it convenient for us to explore the park’s beautiful trails and lake activities. Highly recommend Matt’s place for those looking for a peaceful getaway and excellent host!!!

Such a beautiful home! It’s clear that Josh is a details guy. The home is immaculate! Great location that’s less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and less than 10 minutes from some of the great attractions. Josh was very easy to reach. Highly recommend!

Paige is a great host! She is extremely responsive and even gave us recommendations on places to go/things to do. She is super sweet. The home is very cozy and clean. Loved the outdoor space with beautiful scenery. We felt right at home! Would recommend to anyone coming to Chattanooga!

Such a fun , cozy home and beautiful property! Big land with lots of scenic views. The host was very attentive and the house functions were very organized. So many wonderful items at this home for a family, adults, and anyone to use. We had a great getaway while also being close to a lot of our desired Chattanooga tourist attractions. Highly recommend you choose this place for your next stay. It will feel like your home away from home.

This place was one our group’s favorite places to stay! The hosts were amazing and so responsive! The home is so unique and comfortable and beautifully decorated! The hosts thought of so many sweet little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We will be back for sure!!!

We loved our stay at BaseCamp! Communication with Emily was excellent. The house was amazing & conveniently located. It is beautifully decorated & comfortable. We loved the screened in porch & having access to a wood burning fireplace. The views of the lake & surrounding trees were beautiful & peaceful. The community pool area is within walking distance & offers other beautiful views. Downtown Winchester is so charming! We loved Filo’s Tavern (great service & cocktails, delicious food & get the carrot cake!), Walnut Hill Coffee Co. (cool vibe, great coffee & try their breakfast tacos), and Piezan (great service & generous portions). We loved Basecamp so much we tried to extend our stay but they were already booked up. Such a positive Airbnb experience. We look forward to a future visit!

This was a wonderful place to gather with family for Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the owners treat it as their own.

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

This is a great house with a huge yard. It was winter, so the pool wasn't used, but the firepit is nice. It's a great location, a bit out of the campus hustle, yet very close to everything "University". Although it did not bother us at all, it's a bit of a noisy spot during the commute hours, as the road beside it brings a good bit of traffic in for work. We highly recommend this listing!

What an absolute find! My son and I had the best time! It was so peaceful and relaxing. He especially loved being around the animals. The place was quaint and more than sufficient for us. Stacy and her family were warm and welcoming. One of the best AIRBNB stays we have had.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this lovely apartment. Both times I felt right at home. The space has everything you need to be comfortable during your time on the mountain. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient spot to stay on campus. It is so nice to have Amenities like a full kitchen and washer and dryer too!

My family and I booked this tiny home for the weekend and absolutely loved it! The hiking trails were 100 yards away, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place. We brought our 5 year old and 2 year old, and all they wanted to do was hike. The waterfall was beautiful, as well as all the other trails that border the creek. The house itself was great! The “upstairs” was great for the kids. It was their “fort.” The main area was also great. Kasidy was a great host, and I would recommend this retreat to anyone. We will be back soon!

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, close to the lake. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches throughout the space. My family and I chose to get out and spend some time outside during spring break this year. I couldn’t have asked for a better place! Robert was very easy going and very responsive, even a few times when we lost our way around.. he picked right up and was very helpful! I would recommend this stay to anyone! Great people and great place to spend family time!
