L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

Villa Poggiostelle was an incredible house in the hills above Florence. It was a peaceful escape that is very private with incredible views. The house is so well set up - our children loved the badminton, soccer ball and table tennis set up as well as the incredible gym. The pool was gorgeous with wonderful views over the hills and valleys near Calenzano. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated each with their own bathrooms with modern fixtures. The villa itself is about 25 minutes to a train station where we caught a train into Florence, 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket. It was easily accessible to all the highways and autostrade to explore Tuscany. A car is essential staying here though as it is a very hilly area in a secluded spot. Tatiana was a wonderful host who made our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and even delivered a delicious surprise package of pastries one morning.

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

We spent a short break at the villa with our family. The house is very spacious and full of character and is perfect for a family gathering or a group of friends. Our host was friendly and very helpful. We unfortunately, due to the weather, didn’t get an opportunity to use the swimming pool but we have no doubt it would be perfect in warmer weather. The house is also very conveniently located for visiting Florence. We drove to a neighbouring train station in Montelupo and got the train from there that run very frequently. It saves the hassle of parking in Florence! All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Londa. Boendet har en fantastisk utsikt och ligger väldigt privat högt upp i Londa. Leonardo och hans fru är fantastiska värdar som välkomnade oss till boendet och gav oss en ordentlig tur av boendet innan de lämnade oss ensamma. Leonardo var även väldigt snabb med att assistera oss vid minsta problem och var alltid trevlig. Boendet har allt man kan önska sig och är väldigt rent och välskött. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera att man gör ett besök här. Det enda negativa med platsen är att trafikanter kör väldigt fort på den slingriga vägen påväg upp till boendet, så det säkraste är att ta bilen för att röra sig i området.

Wonderful place to surround yourself with nature & getting away from the crowds. Quiet. Peaceful. Warm. Beautiful. Comfortably fit all of us. 5 including two young adults. Will definitely book again and be better prepare bringing all essentials to my stay as the town is like 15 min drive through small roads. Thanks for such a beautiful place for our Tuscany experience.

We felt right at home at this place. Beautifully designed and furnished with a nice backyard. A Tuscan villa located in a quiet neighborhood right at the gate of the historic town. Responsive and nice hosts. They even offered to make restaurant reservations for us. Would love to go back one day.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Wij hebben een hele leuke week gehad met elkaar. Het huis is groot, schoon, er is aan alles gedacht en dichtbij de stad. Het zwembad was heerlijk en werd ook goed schoongehouden. Het is wel een stukje van het huis, dus is het fijn dat je even drankjes oid meeneemt. Het is super dat er bij het zwembad een ijskast, wc en douche is. Er zijn genoeg bedjes bij het zwembad en er staan ook parasolletjes. Communicatie met de eigenaar was ook top. Telkens een snelle en heldere reactie

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

We love this place it was one of our favorite stops and will be coming back next year!

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to stay for a Tuscan holiday, look no further! Our days at Elisabetta and Leonardo’s house were truly perfect. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The weather was incredible which allowed us to dine alfresco, enjoy the swimming pool, and have outdoor fires in the evening. A car is a necessity for trips to Greve (small and charming) and beyond (Lucca is a must see). We enjoyed wine tasting nearby and considered (but ran out of time) for a chef to come to the very well stocked and appointed kitchen for a cooking class. We did a lot of our own cooking at the house, with the most memorable dinner being one where we used the pizza oven in the house. The beds were very comfortable and although we were worried to book a place in Tuscany in August without air conditioning, the house was pleasant and comfortable. Truly we can think of nothing to improve upon with this property! We hope to return one day again.

I highly recommend Debora's property to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, luxurious stay in Tuscany. Debora is by far the most friendly, helpful, and professional host I have ever encountered. Prior to our stay, Debora provided timely information relating to transportation/logistics and local recommendations. When we arrived, Debora greeted us with delicious local wines, pasta & sauces, fruits & vegetables, and other treats. She even dropped everything last minute to personally deliver our entire group to a nearby wedding when our ride cancelled. Debora went above and beyond at every opportunity and we cannot thank her enough for her part in our lovely trip. The property itself is in a great location just 30 minutes outside Florence. The house is equipped with fantastic security including its own gate. We were given everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay, and the sleeping situation was more than enjoyable for each of our 8 guests. This property will absolutely blow you away!

Loved our stay. Hosts were kind and responded quickly. The property is beautiful and the views breathtaking. It’s a bit far from other cities (other than Florence), but if you’re looking for a cosy little getaway to just read, drink local wine and swim, this is a hidden gem!

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, der Pool sehr sauber, umgeben von einem wunderschönen, riesengroßen Garten. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist fantastisch, da die Küche gleich zur Terrasse übergeht.Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Wagen in knapp 15 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, die in unter 20 Minuten mit dem Wagen zu erreichen sind. Wie zum Beispiel, dass Die Sor Paolo oder das Barrachina.

très belle maison de caractère au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, proche des principaux centres touristiques de la Toscane. La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, au calme et domine la campagne toscane. La piscine, en contrebas de la maison, est un havre de paix, un espace privilégié en pleine nature. Barbara est une hôte très sympathique, discrète et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture, elle a tout fait pour trouver une solution rapide et nous accompagner au garage. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement

Abbiamo soggiornato a capodanno come gruppo numeroso e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Appartamenti ben forniti e accoglienti come in foto. Nonostante un problema l’host è sempre stato disponibile e attento nell’aiutarci. Torneremo volentieri

관광명소와 가까워서 좋았어요. 그리고 무엇보다 깨끗한 숙소, 신속한 응답, 주변 시설 안내까지 친절하게설명해주셔서 고마웠습니다. 피렌체에 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인도 가능해서 좋았습니다. 웰컴 선물로 준 와인도 맛있었는데.. 술을 잘 못마셔 다 마시지 못한 게 아쉬웠어요. 와인 좋아하시는 분들은 행복하실 것 같아요.

magnifique propriété, au milieu des oliviers et des vignes, dans un paysage typiquement toscan, calme et paisible. différentes terrasses disposées dans la propriété, piscine en surplomb sur une vue magnifique. Propriétaire très gentil et très accueillant qui essaiera toujours de vous comprendre et de se faire comprendre. Appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique aussi.
