Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Very nice apartment. Very clean and has everything needed for a confortable stay. Would recommend it to friends and family. Also, the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Livorno. Die schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus liegt unmittelbar an dem schönen Park der Villa Fabbricotti und war für uns 2 perfekt. Die Piazza Grande mit dem Dom ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Viola hat uns tolle Tips gegeben für Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

דירה מהממת, במיקום מעולה, קרוב לרכבת הקלה, מסעדות, בארים, סופרמרקט. מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות ממרכז העיר ההומה. דירה מרווחת, נקייה ומזמינה. מארחים ידידותיים מאוד. מטבח מאובזר, חימום מעולה, מים חמים כל הזמן, מכונת כביסה. יש מרפסת נעימה, בצד האחורי של הבניין כך שמאוד שקט. דירה מושלמת לשהייה ארוכה עם כל הצרכים, הרגשתי בבית. בטוח אחזור לדירה.

Pobyt był krótki (1 noc), ale w pełny satysfakcjonujący. Można było zostawić bagaż wcześniej, zresztą sam apatament też udostępniono nam znacznie przed godziną zameldowania. Lokalizacja i czystość wnętrz bez zarzuty, a przekąski i napoje dostępne w lodówce dopełniają całość pozytywnego obrazu.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Ļoti skaista atrašanās vieta. Apartaments bija tīrs, kārtīgs, gaumīgi iekārtots. Virtuve labi aprīkota. Baseins fantastisks. Mums ļoti noderēja informācija- ieteikumi, ko darīt apkārtnē un kur garšīgi paēst. Iesaku.

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

I loved my stay at Casa Magnolia/Luna Splendida! I was welcomed by the daughter of Maurizio and Stafania and her cat! She made sure I understood how everything worked, where to park, provided some restaurants to eat at, and made us feel at home! The location was absolutely lovely with an overlook of the Morrona hillside. I saw a rainbow two mornings from the patio! It was like stepping into a painting. The towns and the surrounding scenery were just what I was looking for. We enjoyed eating at Il Tino da Roberta, which had amazing steak! (And didn't have time to try other places.) The location is also ideal for visiting other nearby cities and seeing the countryside as you do. The place was furnished and tended with care. I loved it!

Idéalement situé; on a l'impression d'être au fin fond de la Toscane, en réalité on est à 5 minutes de Florence. Incroyable. Le studio est absolument charmant. Chiara est une hôte très gentille, accueillante et elle nous a beaucoup aidé. Je recommande absolument !! Merci Chiara !!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur les oliviers et les vignes, un véritable havre de paix pour profiter de la beauté du Chianti. L’environnement extérieur est somptueux et propice à la détente, tout en étant à proximité du centre-ville, où l'on trouve un petit commerce bien pratique. L’emplacement était également idéal pour notre course à Radda in Chianti. L’expérience a été sublimée par la visite de la cave, où Ioletta et Andrea nous ont partagé avec passion l’histoire du vignoble. La dégustation de leurs vins a été un véritable moment de plaisir, révélant toute l’authenticité et le savoir-faire du domaine. Un grand merci pour cette belle découverte, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
