This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

My family had such an amazing stay in Florence! This apartment is perfectly located and was excellent all around.

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks Andrea for staying in your house, the hospitality you showed and all the suggestions for what to do and where to eat! We really liked the house and the beautiful location next to the river. It’s calm and quiet, and everything was well provided.

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Pour trouver le logement, un grand merci à Samanta pour ces instructions car le logement se situe dans des petites ruelles piétonnes assez ressemblantes, dans un village magnifique et authentique.Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Samanta a été à l’écoute et très sympa dans les divers échanges que nous avons pu avoir. Si vous recherchez une jolie maison au cœur des montagnes en ayant quand même une proximité avec la ville et les plages, foncez. Je recommande vivement.

Liebe Giada, es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder! Zu „meinem Glück“ als Hausfrau/Mutter, fehlte ein Messbecher und eine Auflaufform. Natürlich ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es ist eine ruhige Straße und es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Cinque Terre/Pietrasanta City) und die Fahrräder im Angebot sind Gold wert! So konnten wir in gefühlt 4 Minuten am Strand sein oder den Einkauf bequem transportieren. Leider ist der öffentliche Strand etwas weiter weg. Der private Strand der in 200 Metern entfernt liegt konnte für 30 Minuten genutzt werden dann wurde aber auch schon darauf hingewiesen das wir entweder einen Platz mit Liege und Schirm mieten oder uns wieder auf den Weg machen müssten da es ein private Platz ist. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Morgens, mittags oder abends ein wenig im Meer plantschen war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet sich der kleine moderne Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich das Apartment, inkl. geschlossener Garage, von Daniela befindet. Die grosszügigen Räume sind stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die herrlich grosse Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück , Apéro oder einfach zum Chillen ein. Die Tramstation, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Bioladen und um die Ecke eine super leckere Pasticceria. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war schnell, einfach, unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können das Apartment von Daniela sehr empfehlen.

Appartement parfait et très propre ! Hotel super accueillante qui nous fournit plein d’infos sur la ville, les activités et restaurants. L’appartement est très proche à pieds de la gare (10min) et de l’aéroport (20min) et du centre (20min). Bonne pizzeria juste en face si besoin.

A gem of an apartment, perfect for a long weekend. The apartment is compact but immaculately clean, bright and with a lovely terrace. It couldn’t be more centrally located and yet very quiet - a little oasis of calm. Alessandra was very easy to deal with and warm in her welcome. A definite recommendation.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!

The location was amazing and so close to so many things. It was perfect for our family as each of them could have their own room and bathroom. The common space was perfect and outdoor seating area. We had a great time and he was such a responsive host

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich richtig schön, modern und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Turm und die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sabina hat immer schnell geantwortet, kann man. sich nicht anders wünschen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur sehr empfehlen, der Pisa für einige Tage besuchen möchte.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement. il est très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. L'appartement est très confortable, il y a tout ce nous avions besoin, avec même des petites attentions supplementaires très appréciées lorsqu'on arrive tard, et l'hôte était disponible pour nous accueillir. Tout était parfait.
