This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

We had a great few days as a family of four here. The apartment is huge and extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk into the city walls. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

bardzo przyjemny apartament w centrum Pizy, około 10 minut od dworca i 15 min od wieży, w pobliżu spory wybór restauracji. apartament przestronny, z patio i drzewkiem pomarańczowym (które akurat w porze w której byliśmy dostarczało pysznego dodatku do śniadania). przemiła właścicielka, która służyła pomocą. dobry internet i miejsce do pracy z którego skorzystaliśmy.

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet sich der kleine moderne Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich das Apartment, inkl. geschlossener Garage, von Daniela befindet. Die grosszügigen Räume sind stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die herrlich grosse Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück , Apéro oder einfach zum Chillen ein. Die Tramstation, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Bioladen und um die Ecke eine super leckere Pasticceria. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war schnell, einfach, unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können das Apartment von Daniela sehr empfehlen.

Appartement parfait et très propre ! Hotel super accueillante qui nous fournit plein d’infos sur la ville, les activités et restaurants. L’appartement est très proche à pieds de la gare (10min) et de l’aéroport (20min) et du centre (20min). Bonne pizzeria juste en face si besoin.

A gem of an apartment, perfect for a long weekend. The apartment is compact but immaculately clean, bright and with a lovely terrace. It couldn’t be more centrally located and yet very quiet - a little oasis of calm. Alessandra was very easy to deal with and warm in her welcome. A definite recommendation.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!

The location was amazing and so close to so many things. It was perfect for our family as each of them could have their own room and bathroom. The common space was perfect and outdoor seating area. We had a great time and he was such a responsive host

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich richtig schön, modern und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Turm und die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sabina hat immer schnell geantwortet, kann man. sich nicht anders wünschen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur sehr empfehlen, der Pisa für einige Tage besuchen möchte.
