Natty is an amazing host. I found her to be very responsive and proactive. Our internet went down for a bit and Natty quickly ensured service was restored. We loved Natty's guidebook and were able to nail down at least 4 activities. Would definitely return and recommend to friends! House is cute and intimate. Great for a couple to spend a few days.

What a gorgeous spot! Brad and Krista were lovely hosts. We had a lot of rain and the power went out. They responded immediately and were very helpful! Considering how bad there weather was, we still loved it. The house was perfect and just as described. I’m sure the yard would be a dream in the sun! Would ( and will) come back again!!

A slice of paradise best describes this house and location. It felt warm and cozy and being able to walk out the back door and right onto the beach was soooo great. We loved every moment and really look forward to future visits. Cruz, the host, was incredibly responsive and just great throughout.

What a host and what an incredible home! We felt right at home, comfy, safe, & welcomed. The photos do not do this place justice! Daniel was so kind, attentive, thoughtful. Everything you need is right here! The eateries were walking distance and so good! I absolutely cannot wait to coke back!

Great location, hot tub and pool were really great, great family spaces. We had a great week there. Also, Melissa was very helpful in mailing me something I accidentally left behind in the house.

Loved the decor, furniture, artwork, coziness and charm at Mary’s place. The gardens were a delight. I enjoyed coffee in the garden several mornings while watching birds among the flowers. My 2 year old and I really enjoyed our stay. It was great to walk with him to the Douglas Family Preserve for some exercise (not far or strenuous, but great for a 2 year old to get energy out.) also enjoyed a walk to the steps down to the beach at low tide. He explored some tide pools and I got a workout carrying him back up the many steps. Mary was super kind and friendly and visited with us briefly one morning. Loved meeting her. It’s an easy drive to most places you’d want to go from Mary’s. If you want a nice breakfast on the water (or any meal), go to the boat house restaurant nearby - don’t waste time at Shoreline Cafe, which has very mediocre food, slow service, but a great sandy outdoor eating area for littles to play while you’re eating. We mostly ate out due to no full kitchen.

Great stay in Ventura, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outside area by the pool and hot tub. Cute and well stocked home.

Connie is absolutely lovely and an excellent commentator! We stayed here for a wedding and my 82 year old mother kept comparing the grounds to that in Tuscany. So beautiful, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended!

This was an amazing option for a group of 6. Loved that each room had its own bathroom, and found the kitchen and house in general so well stocked. The location could not be more perfect for those attending events at the Rosewood. It was so close we felt we were basically on property! And amazingly close access, walking or driving, to downtown Montecito and the country mart. We loved our daily walks there and to the ocean. Highly recommend for a group. Seamless,m check in, gorgeous design, great location!

This was our second stay and was better than the first because our grandkids were able to enjoy it with us. It was perfect. They loved the pool with hot tub, the beach, the kid museum and the whale watching tour. The house was everything you need to feel right at home.

Vivian was very responsive and communicated well. The house was large for eight people, and hot showers for everyone! A little traffic noise at night, but it died down after 9 PM. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Vivian!

We rented this house for an intimate 5-person retreat. The house was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and looked exactly like the pictures. The space was huge and the incredible ocean views provided a perfect setting for the work retreat. Jayne was a fabulous host. She was very prompt with her responses and was super helpful when we had questions. Check-in was a breeze and the helpful communication was greatly appreciated. One of our guests from out of state loved the house so much that she plans on renting it for future vacations! From beginning to end, Jayne was so accomodating and ensured we had a great stay. The minute we walked in we felt comfortable and at home. There was plenty of room for my husband and me and the sunset views were spectacular. Bed was comfy, tv and internet service was reliable. The few questions we had were answered quickly and reassuringly by Leah. This was a convenient and lovely way to have a vacation and to visit with my 97 year old Mom and brothers who live in Santa Barbara Sitting on the back porch or on the berm or walking the beach were our favorite activities along with ordering food or eating out at the many great restaurants in “Carp” and SB. We loved this peaceful little beach cottage and we will be back. Cap & Kathy

Our stay was lovely and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. The towels and linens were really nice. All the amenities listed were available and worked well. The market and produce shop were in walking distance as was the beach. It was wonderful., thank you.

We had a great experience at Adam's place, we were evacuated and he was very flexible with our check in time. It was really close to the Rosewood and we got daypasses to go, just a walk away. We look forward to going back!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was cozy and well stocked. We appreciated the washer/dryer (and detergent) during this stop on our roadtrip along the California coast. The beds were delightful, and the space had great natural light. Soaking in the large and clean hot tub after a day of exploring was also delightful. The neighborhood was also lovely and very convenient. Lots of eateries and grocery options nearby. We had a nice walk to the Mesa Steps, and downtown SB was just a quick drive away. We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend this spot!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue at the beginning regarding a foreign car in the driveway (nothing to do with the owners of the property). I contacted REMAX and they responded very quickly and we’re very helpful. The place was clean, spacious, and an easy walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. 5/5

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week. Plenty of room, super comfortable, stocked with all the extras we needed. Walked each morning with an ocean view. My family loved the hot tub and putting green in the backyard. Clean!!! Friendly neighborhood!!!Would highly recommend.
