Our family of 5 enjoyed Christmas at Dana's beautiful apartment in Santa Barbara. The neighborhood is perfect location for quiet and a cozy comfortable location. The apartment has great views - much light from the many windows - kitchen well stocked - beds are comfy and we really felt at home staying there. The unit is roomy and we liked having parking on the premisis. Full laundry room was a huge benefit. I recommend this for all ages and occasions. Dana was responsive to our only two requests: help with the Apple TV.

I couldn’t have found a better place to stay if I tried. For the price, the place was incredibly roomy and very conveniently located. Anywhere you need to go in Santa Barbara will be a very short drive away, and lots of great restaurants or stores are within walking distance. The property is beautiful, well kept, and surrounded by fruit trees. I was never disturbed in the slightest by noise or other people. And Miriam couldn’t have been friendlier or more communicative and responsive. She also kindly offered me some of her home-grown bananas—genuinely the best bananas I have ever had. If you have the opportunity to stay here, please do. Once I spent a few days here, I realized how lucky I was to have found it. I doubt any other choice could have come close. Thank you Miriam!

Yesenia’s place is a peaceful hideaway, perfect for exploring SB, Goleta and the surrounding areas. The apartment feels very private, facing the backyard and with its own dedicated entry. The place was spotless and very comfortable for our weekend stay. Yesenia is an excellent host and provided helpful and detailed check-in instructions to assist. We would certainly stay here again if we were in the area. Thanks Yesenia!

What a great Airbnb in the heart of Ventura. Everything in the home reflected perfection and quality. We loved it. Great cafes walking distance and really peaceful and lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely STUNNING! The views are absolutely incredible and better than pictured. The studio itself is designed with efficiency in mind with the amount of space and has all the essentials. We traveled with our two dogs and 1 year old who loved the fenced yard so much! It was truly such a beautiful space with a yard and view worth every penny! Not to mention, Summerland is a super cute town such a close drive to SB! We truly enjoyed our stay and absolutely will be back!

What an outstanding cottage! The space is so comfortable and thoughtfully furnished and the hosts couldn't have been more gracious. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces reserved for the unit - an upper deck as well as the garden patio. We hope to return on our next visit.

Kathleen’s place is just as described in an excellent location — such a short walk to lovely restaurants and shops. The Petite Retreat was clean, well-stocked with kitchen needs and toiletries, and quiet and peaceful at night. Kathleen was very friendly and responsive to all questions, giving many incredible recommendations. This was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway, and I will be back.

We had a great time at Ginger's place. It has a beautiful view, nice outdoor spaces, and is very comfortable inside. The air conditioning was great as it was in the 80s and even above 90 for part of our stay. Ginger took care of the few small problems we had right away. The location was great, 5 minutes to State St. and 15 minutes to great beaches where we could take our dogs. Prices in Santa Barbara have gone way up in recent years, but it was worth it.

Fabulous studio, walkable to downtown and private. Ana was a great host that made check-in easy. Perfect for a weekend getaway

Sharon’s Mesa Cottage was an ideal location for a sojourn or a respite from life! Extemely clean and cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend to my friends and hopefully come back again!!! Location was perfect - close to everything … the hiking path to Hendrie’s Beach & The Boathouse was an unexpected treat. Being solo - I felt safe and happy! Perfect for a mother / daughter trip too.

The stay here was wonderful. The kitchen was beautiful with all of the amenities (pots, pans, etc) we needed for a great stay. The bed was comfortable, and view accurate to the photos and stunning. The house is on a nice hill, so you get to be close to the water, but also have a view. Very impressive stay all around.

Susan was a great host, and Bungalow Encanto was a perfect place to stay. The amenities inside were so thoughtful, we really appreciated it. The surrounding area couldn't be better, with the beach a short walk away and distance to restaurants so close too. Neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Very charming experiencing, and and grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

We had a great stay at Andrew’s private room. Street parking right out in front of the apartment was super easy and the place was clean. Andrew communicated well during our stay and the room was nice and quiet Great location that was a short ride to all the bars/restaurants in downtown Ventura. 10min drive to channel islands ferry!! One recommendation would be to add automatic outdoor lights on the stairs going down.

Jennie's guesthouse is SPECTACULAR. This was our second stay while in the area visiting our son at college. The extra touches like the fresh eggs from the chickens and the vegetables and herbs from the garden make this place so amazing. We have stayed at all the 5 Star hotel and resort properties in Montecito and Santa Barbara, but Jennie's place is on another level. Don't hesitate!

We spent the weekend for our anniversary and we loved it. Great location that is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We even accidentally discovered a very cool dive bar just a block away. The space was perfect for the two of us. Not too cramped but intimate enough for us to relax and unwind in between our activities throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit!

We loved the clean, welcoming, and beautifully equipped private space. The full kitchen was quite useful for us. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to grocery, pharmacy, and some restaurants. WiFi worked well for streaming. The fireplace was a nice touch.

The stone cottage is the most beautiful charming air b and b! Everything was pristine yet cozy and inviting. The decor of the cottage is exquisite. So many lovely and thoughtful details throughout. The grounds of the property are magical. We had complete privacy but also had immediate responses to questions. The book prepared for the cottage with info on everything you need for your stay including things to do and restaurants was so thorough and well done . Plus Tom is a friendly, wonderful host and Sayde is the sweetest dog! Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

Again, this charming cottage provided us with a perfect place to escape the dreary winter weather in Massachusetts. It is more beautiful than pictured, nestled in a garden of flowering trees, scrubs and succulents. Walking the neighborhood is a joy and close nearby (by car) are all of the pleasures of Montecito, Summerland and Santa Barbara. Our hosts provide immaculate spaces and everything one needs for a comfy stay are provided. Amy and Steve are very welcoming, timely and helpful; they respect your privacy too. We are frequent travelers and this is by far, one of favorite AirBnB experiences.

A lovely apartment located in walking distance of downtown and a short car ride to Shoreline Park along the Santa Barbara harbor. I appreciated the quiet of the location and the privacy of the apartment. As a remote worker, I had a good WiFi connection and was uninterrupted by other tenants. I highly recommend this space for other remote workers!

This was a slice of heaven, so peaceful, so beautiful and so easy to relax in. Highly recommend.
