Great stay in Ventura, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outside area by the pool and hot tub. Cute and well stocked home.

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

This place was absolutely amazing and magical. Definitely above and beyond our expectations. It was very nice, quiet and the nature was incredible. The host was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we were having a great experience. We’re very grateful that she opened up her place for us. Everything was perfect! Would definitely do this again!

This was an amazing option for a group of 6. Loved that each room had its own bathroom, and found the kitchen and house in general so well stocked. The location could not be more perfect for those attending events at the Rosewood. It was so close we felt we were basically on property! And amazingly close access, walking or driving, to downtown Montecito and the country mart. We loved our daily walks there and to the ocean. Highly recommend for a group. Seamless,m check in, gorgeous design, great location!

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

This was our second stay and was better than the first because our grandkids were able to enjoy it with us. It was perfect. They loved the pool with hot tub, the beach, the kid museum and the whale watching tour. The house was everything you need to feel right at home.

We had a wonderful time at Bonnie’s house! The house was gorgeous and such a great deal. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable vacation. The gardens were spectacular and our girls loved running around pretending to be garden fairies! This was a lovely, quiet, private street but very close to all the great restaurants in Ojai.

Julie is a wonderful, welcoming host. We enjoyed getting to know her a little, and very much appreciated her lovely aesthetic at the house.

Vivian was very responsive and communicated well. The house was large for eight people, and hot showers for everyone! A little traffic noise at night, but it died down after 9 PM. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Vivian!

I had a great stay! Lizzy was responsive and proactive in her communication, and I knew I could always reach out if I had any questions or needs. The space was big enough for two for a few days, but I would say it’s more comfortable for one, especially if you’re bringing a lot of stuff or need a lot of space for stretching or exercise. Also, be aware that public transit options are limited in this part of Goleta. This was not a problem for me on my bike and wouldn’t be a problem if you had a car, but the most convenient bus routes to Santa Barbara and UCSB pick you up across the freeway, which is a 20-30 minute walk. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, and peaceful, and close to the bike path (Maria Ygnacio, connects to the main coastal path). Easy walk to Trader Joe’s and some food places. Recommended for cyclists and for folks visiting UCSB campus.

A slice of paradise best describes this house and location. It felt warm and cozy and being able to walk out the back door and right onto the beach was soooo great. We loved every moment and really look forward to future visits. Cruz, the host, was incredibly responsive and just great throughout.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue at the beginning regarding a foreign car in the driveway (nothing to do with the owners of the property). I contacted REMAX and they responded very quickly and we’re very helpful. The place was clean, spacious, and an easy walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. 5/5

My friends and I had a great time in Shannon’s home. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities to make our girl’s trip cozy and comfortable. She provided an extensive guidebook ahead of time with local recommendations that made our trip extra enjoyable. We are looking forward to staying at Shannon’s place again.

Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

This is our favorite place for our annual three-generation family outing to Venture. Just a few doors from the beach and a few blocks from a cluster of restaurants. The hot tub is a nice bonus.

Great place to stay, extremely clean, well organized, has all the amenities you need. It’s a lovely place!

This is our second time at this Airbnb. We love it. The place is super clean & very comfortable. It is right over the beach/ocean. So you sleep & wake to the sounds of the waves. We particularly like it as it’s great to watch the birds & dolphins. Summerland is a cute town with some nice shops & restaurants. We take our bikes & it’s an easy cycle to Montecito & on into Santa Barbara. I am sure we will be back again

What a gorgeous spot! Brad and Krista were lovely hosts. We had a lot of rain and the power went out. They responded immediately and were very helpful! Considering how bad there weather was, we still loved it. The house was perfect and just as described. I’m sure the yard would be a dream in the sun! Would ( and will) come back again!!

Beautiful home & very well stocked kitchen, linens, etc. It is close to downtown so there is a lot of traffic in the area. Our daughter got married in SB & this was a great meeting location for family & jumping off point.

The home was convenient and very well maintained. Appreciated its proximity to grocery stores and the airport. The neighborhood was very nice.

Joel's place was perfect for our 2 night destination wedding stay. Joel responded immediately to our needs. His place is well appointed with a gourmet kitchen, coffee and a few little extras that made the visit special. The home is quiet and an easy 10 minute drive from Ojai. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Gaurav’s place was clean, accessible easily and as described in the photos. We had a little snafu while checking in but Gaurav was quick to respond even though it was past 11 PM. Recommend.
