What a great place! Check-in was seamless with the Smart Lock. Home was just as pictured, and the backyard absolutely perfect! Why has no one mentioned the beautiful gardens? And the amazing Lime & Orange Trees? And all those succulents? 😍 Sitting in the backyard among the mature gardens made it feel like a private oasis! We enjoyed the yard even in the rain - and the artificial ‘grass’ and hardwood/tile floors made it a perfect, stress free set up for traveling with pets. The home is quaint and full of character, exactly what you expect from a 1950’s home. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and made us feel very safe. Onsite parking was a huge bonus! Location was perfect! Just a short drive to everything you could ever want to do while visiting! Courtney was very helpful with her recommendations and quick to respond and so friendly and kind. Our only complaint is that we wish we were able to stay longer!!!

One of the nicest air b and b’s we’ve stayed at. Very pleasant and comfortable, and designed to feel welcoming and homey. It may have been good Spring timing, but there were pretty blooms outside every window, the yard was lush, the furniture plush. Seems like someone put a lot of thought and care into putting this place together. We, and our two little dogs, felt right at home!

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for the three of us (myself and husband and teenage daughter) plus the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house is adorable and the yard makes it fee like you are in the tropics. It's a quick walk to the dog-friendly beach, which we enjoyed long walks on every morning. And you are a 5 minute drive from the town of Montecito and close to Santa Barbara. We would definitely stay here again to visit our other daughter at college.

Thank you so much for your attention to detail! Our dogs loved their leash gift and it was wonderful to have both an outdoor and indoor fireplace. We loved your information that you emailed ahead of time giving so much data of The area. Truly helped with planning. We hope to stay again in the future.

My friends and I had a great time at David’s place! It had everything we needed and was so close to all the food, shops, Main St, and the beach. Thank you David!

Christine was spot on with check in and communication. She made my brother and I feel comfortable during our stay. This is a cool place that is close to downtown, Lake Casitas and Ojai. We had a great stay and definitely would visit again. Thumbs up.

Gaurav’s place was clean, accessible easily and as described in the photos. We had a little snafu while checking in but Gaurav was quick to respond even though it was past 11 PM. Recommend.

We had a terrific time at Sharon's place. The house has everything you could want for an extended stay. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, great bbq, fireplace, hot tub, washer/dryer, lovely garden and outdoor furniture. Interior was extremely comfortable (those beds!) and spacious enough to never be on top of each other. We had a few hiccups (on our end) with our dates and arrival plans and Sharon couldn't have been more helpful. We were a bit hesitant about the Mira Monte location but it was less than 10 minutes into town. We definitely plan to return.

Great stay in Ventura, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outside area by the pool and hot tub. Cute and well stocked home.

We loved staying at Jordan's serene, beautiful, and immaculate home. It is heaven on Earth! Also, Jordan was one of the most communicative, generous, and communicative hosts we have ever met.

We had a wonderful time at Bonnie’s house! The house was gorgeous and such a great deal. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable vacation. The gardens were spectacular and our girls loved running around pretending to be garden fairies! This was a lovely, quiet, private street but very close to all the great restaurants in Ojai.

Jennifer is an extremely hospitable and generous host! She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and always with a friendly demeanor. We had a fantastic time at the Fantastical Cottage! Jennifer's place is truly magical and my wife was constantly thinking she was in a wonderland! Very much looking forward to returning some time very soon.

Patty and Bob were wonderful hosts! The place was exactly as described and had so many thoughtful touches. The backyard is so peaceful and even has a little garden trail to walk up with a gorgeous view. Everything was clean and well organized, and the place is conveniently located to downtown Ojai. We hope to come back and stay!

This house is where you want to be!!! It is very cozy and comfortable. It has a great kitchen and we really enjoyed eating on the deck. The pool provided hours of fun for my daughters. The house backs up to a meadow where you can take magical afternoon walks. The host was very accommodating. It was the perfect spot to be. We will be back. :).

We only stayed one night but it was our favorite airbnb stay we have ever had ! The nicest and most giving host and we were so comfortable and the house is absolutely beautiful! Her kitty Nacho greeted us immediately and hung out with us and we were obsessed! She got the hot tub on for us right when we came back from dinner , such a perfect stay :) Thank you! we will return ❤️

Blaine and Christian’s studio was perfect for our little family of 3 + our sweet pup. It was cozy, quiet, and the perfect location. We took our daily walks to Coast Village Rd and Butterfly Beach. From before we booked, Blaine and Christian were so kind and responsive - even offering us a pack n’ play for our infant daughter ahead of our trip. Will definitely book again the next time we’re in Montecito/Santa Barbara. Thanks for being great hosts, Blaine and Christian!

The stone cottage is the most beautiful charming air b and b! Everything was pristine yet cozy and inviting. The decor of the cottage is exquisite. So many lovely and thoughtful details throughout. The grounds of the property are magical. We had complete privacy but also had immediate responses to questions. The book prepared for the cottage with info on everything you need for your stay including things to do and restaurants was so thorough and well done . Plus Tom is a friendly, wonderful host and Sayde is the sweetest dog! Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

This is primarily a location for RVs but daughter and I did car camping. So, so appreciate Christian allowing us to use electricity for small additional charge. Had e-bikes requiring charging. Also allowed us to use waste water line. So, so convenient. Confused if we had to take our trash or if ok to leave trash and recyclables. So we left it ( so sorry if this was a problem). Our specific purpose was to be near the bike trail and it was right there. Also we are geocache lovers and we were close to many caches. Will consider returning. Thanx a bunch.

Loved staying at Dawn’s lovely bungalow! It was super homey, well-thought-out, had everything we needed for coffee and cooking, close to coffee shops and everything you want/need. LOVED the out door living area. Dawn was a lovely, communicative host, I highly recommend her and her home sweet home!

Janet’s place is everything I expected and so much more! The small cottage makes you feel welcome, the attention to details from the fresh flowers and orchids, to the beautiful inside decor, to the amazing landscape that makes you feel secluded and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of great wine, and breakfast items for the first few days which makes it so convenient. The bird bath that is visible just outside the window and from the dining table, I could just spend hours watching them. The house is close to downtown and we walked everywhere from there. It was a great experience and will be staying here again when traveling to Santa Barbara
