Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great little loft right by the beach. Cozy space with all the basics. We booked on short notice and Jim took the time to call to ensure our check-in instructions were received. Would happily stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

Fantastic little apartment that met all our needs for the weekend. Super clean, quiet, and beautiful views! We loved the kitchen and the patio space. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay overall. Super centrally located, don’t think we drove more than a couple of miles the whole time we were in SB. Place was secure and off the street, close to the freeway but the place was well insulated from noise. Place was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Great communication from host, would stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for me to meet up with my daughter who lives in Claremont. Walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants was a bonus! It is a sweet historic apartment and I would definitely return for another visit.

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

Loved the house! It was clean, homey and provided everything we needed. The beds were great!The location was good for walking to restaurants and downtown. Trevor was helpful in giving us some flexibility on check-in, check- out times. A great place to stay.

We stayed for 3 weeks at Hilary's place. It was spotless and looked just like the phots. Hilary was available and helpful at all times. The location is a few block from the ocean and a beautiful walk along the park that parallels the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Would return .

The home was convenient and very well maintained. Appreciated its proximity to grocery stores and the airport. The neighborhood was very nice.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was cozy and well stocked. We appreciated the washer/dryer (and detergent) during this stop on our roadtrip along the California coast. The beds were delightful, and the space had great natural light. Soaking in the large and clean hot tub after a day of exploring was also delightful. The neighborhood was also lovely and very convenient. Lots of eateries and grocery options nearby. We had a nice walk to the Mesa Steps, and downtown SB was just a quick drive away. We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend this spot!

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

Chelsey’s place was everything we could have asked for! Beautiful views, secluded front yard (perfect for our kiddos to run around and play). We were able to put the little ones down for bed and enjoy drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean—it was amazing. The location of the house makes it pretty walkable to the shops and restaurants. Chelsey also left a very helpful and detailed list of dining recommendations in the area. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens we’ve had via Airbnb. It felt like Chelsey took every detail into consideration when prepping her house for guests. Truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality Chelsey!

Charming home! Great location! Walking distance to everything! The home was super clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!!! Highly recommend!

We had a great two-week stay at Rob and Deb's place in Carpinteria. We were 1.5 blocks from the beach and could walk there easily. They have beach chairs and toys for people to use. We loved using the chairs. We ate in most of the time and had what we needed to prepare meals. Basic supplies were available, like soap, paper towels and hangers. I worked remotely at the high kitchen table, and it was a great work station. We loved the ability to walk to everything in Carpinteria and we hope to stay there again. The laundry was accessible and available and I also loved the saltwater pool. Rob was super responsive when we had questions.

location was excellent and extremely comfortable beds . had everything we needed. Walkable to beach and State Street. If traveling by car it will be quick. We will be back it's extremely beautiful.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

What a great home! The location can't be beat...a 1 minute walk to the beach; restaurants & groceries close by. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. Hot tub and patios (upstairs & downstairs) were wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels; bath & beach. Close to the Channel Islands ferries. The town of Ventura is easily navigated, friendly and unassuming. Lots of breweries and bakeries...didn't have enough time to try them all. We were able to use Instacart at the home. If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Danielle was a very respectful and responsive host. I was in need of a place to stay since I was stranded waiting for my flight. She did not delay to get me accommodated into her space. Forever grateful for her

We loved our stay at Casita Suave! The location is just perfect- walkable to downtown but also nestled next to an amazing park and neighborhood
