Montefiascone : locations de maisons de vacances

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We spent a week at Villa Letizia with great pleasure. The villa is charming and well equipped and full of local character, set in a magical and peaceful landscape. Everything you need is within a short distance. Letizia is charming and always available. We are grateful for the wonderful vacation and happily recommending it.

Villa Eden assolutamente consigliata! La casa si presenta in ordine, pulita, curata anche nei piccoli dettagli. Tiziana è un hosting molto precisa e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati pochi giorni da Cecilia, ma ci sono bastati per rigenerarci... il famoso contatto con la natura mancava da tanto tempo, le piante profumate, la parte esterna con vite americana ci salvava dalle temperature altissime di questi giorni di luglio e tanto ha fatto il casolare nel tufo, sempre fresco all'interno... l'ospitalità è stata completa anche dagli abitanti del piccolo borgo di San Valentino, grazie e spero di poterci tornare un giorno

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Wat een heerlijke en fijne plek. De ouders van onze host waren ook heel vriendelijk en hebben ons enorm verwend met geweldige zelfgemaakte pasta, wijn, honing en olijfolie. Als je opzoek bent naar geweldige gastvrijheid, rust en ruimte, dan is dit echt een waanzinnige plek! Heel veel dank!

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

We had an amazing time in Beautiful villa in Todi. The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. The villa was beautiful and very clean-we found all we needed and much more. There is a supermarket in 5 drive minutes and cooking at the villa and eat in front of beautiful view was wonderful. The pool was big and amazing. Fabrizio and his lovely wife were very helpful and communication with Fabrizio was very easy. We stayed with two other couples with children and all of us agreed that is was an unforgettable vacation. We highly recommend the villa ,don't miss it!!!

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

We had a magical time at Andrea's place in Bomarzo. From the moment we arrived, Andrea welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is tastefully renovated, blending harmoniously with its history and surroundings. It's evident that Andrea is an architect, and the place looks even better than the photos suggest. We especially loved the high rock wall in the living room, which forms the base of Duke Orsini's fortress, and the beautiful views of the valley. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The village of Bomarzo and the surrounding area are also beautiful, with much to see and explore. Andrea provided a guide with recommendations, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed visiting the Sacro Bosco and the fascinating Etruscan pyramid nearby. This is a very unique and special place, we highly recommend staying here.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Il casale di Debora è bellissimo, ha una vista splendida, nei giorni più limpidi si possono vedere dai Monti Sibillini al Gran Sasso e tutta la Val d' Orcia. L' interno è molto accogliente e Debora da attenta ospite lo ha dotato di tutto ciò che può servire alle persone che accoglie, ci si sente veramente accolti e coccolati. È stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Noi eravamo in compagnia di amici e dei nostri rispettivi cani. Per loro è stata un' esperienza stupenda, hanno avuto a disposizione oltre ad una casa che li ha accettati tranquillamente, anche uno splendido terreno recintato e fuori di esso, una spazio a perdita d' occhio per correre liberi e felici. La mattina pur essendo dicembre, ci siamo sempre goduti un' alba bellissima. La posizione in cui si trova, ci ha consentito di visitare agevolmente molti paesini e città e infine ci siamo rilassati anche alle terme che distano pochissimo dal casale. A wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to go back. It is nicely furnished and very well equipped both inside and out, especially the kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and the downstairs bedroom is good too. There is a big living area downstairs, another kitchen and shower and bathroom. Also, there is a little outside area for morning coffee and big barbeque. Outside there is a great covered terrace for eating out and relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture and good lighting outside too. Beautiful views and a decent pool for swimming with no deep end. Be aware that the villa is about 2.6km from the village. It’s a good idea to look on Google earth before you go. Guardea has a small supermarket, a fine friendly local butcher and an excellent pizzeria. Orvieto is forty five minutes away. Todi under an hour. Rome is easily reached by train. We went from Orte. Amelia and Narni are nice hill towns and we really liked Lugnano in Teverina, just a fifteen minute drive.

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!
