This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Stedet lå i veldig kort avstand fra togstasjon, og det var ikke langt til alle severdighetene inne i byen. Det var også mange gode restauranter rett i nærheten. David (med flere) svarte raskt på spørsmål, og var både vennlig og tydelig i kommunikasjonen. Det var fint å ha tilgang både på nøkkel og digital lås.

My family had such an amazing stay in Florence! This apartment is perfectly located and was excellent all around.

We had a great few days as a family of four here. The apartment is huge and extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk into the city walls. Would definitely recommend!

Casa in ottima posizione per accesso alle piste e alle altre attività e negozi. Casa pulita,comoda e calda. Non avrei dubbi a prenotare l'appartamento per un nuovo soggiorno in zona. Grazie

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

Thanks Andrea for staying in your house, the hospitality you showed and all the suggestions for what to do and where to eat! We really liked the house and the beautiful location next to the river. It’s calm and quiet, and everything was well provided.

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet sich der kleine moderne Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich das Apartment, inkl. geschlossener Garage, von Daniela befindet. Die grosszügigen Räume sind stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die herrlich grosse Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück , Apéro oder einfach zum Chillen ein. Die Tramstation, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Bioladen und um die Ecke eine super leckere Pasticceria. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war schnell, einfach, unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können das Apartment von Daniela sehr empfehlen.

Appartement parfait et très propre ! Hotel super accueillante qui nous fournit plein d’infos sur la ville, les activités et restaurants. L’appartement est très proche à pieds de la gare (10min) et de l’aéroport (20min) et du centre (20min). Bonne pizzeria juste en face si besoin.

A gem of an apartment, perfect for a long weekend. The apartment is compact but immaculately clean, bright and with a lovely terrace. It couldn’t be more centrally located and yet very quiet - a little oasis of calm. Alessandra was very easy to deal with and warm in her welcome. A definite recommendation.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of charm, with high ceilings and an unbeatable location just steps from the Duomo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean with great hot water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly, making it very convenient for our family. Tomasso and Francesco were exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, and always responsive. Due to our travel delay, Tomasso generously refunded half of the first night and even brought us groceries to help us settle in, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout at another of their nearby properties. This stay combined comfort, hospitality, and location in the best way possible. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Superbe appartement bien placé et hôte très réactive et à l’écoute. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Sabina. S’il devait y avoir un plus : un miroir dans la chambre et une couette plus épaisse.

L,apartament és molt cèntric. 10 min. Estació central i 15 min. Torre de Pisa. Es molt tranquil però alhora està a 5 min de les zones animades de Pisa. L,apartament és dins una zona privada i això et dóna més tranquilitat i per dins és net, nou i super confortable. Hem anat amb dos nens petits i hem estat genial.
