The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

C est très calme et le voisinage ne pose pas un problème. Proximité de la ville. J ai apprécié le calme et l espace autour de la maison.

Мы провели две ночи в домике и остались очень довольны. Дом находится в паре минут езды от Дурмитора. Внутри очень уютно и есть все необходимое: посуда, кухонная утварь, средства гигиены, дополнительные пледы, дрова для гриля и т.д. Видно, что хозяева очень заботятся о своих гостях. Мы ночевали в начале января, и в доме было тепло благодаря кондиционеру и электрическому камину. Дополнительный обогреватель стоял в душевой, чтобы пол не был холодным. С горячей водой не было проблем. Отдельно хочу отметить идеальную чистоту. Это замечательное место для отдыха!

Un séjour de déconnexion absolu, à faire absolument !!! Toute la famille est charmante, le lieu est magique, au cœur des montagnes et des immenses étendues Monténégrinne. Je recommande vivement!

l'appartamento è al terzo piano di scale di una villetta familiare. il numero civico non è visibile ed abbiamo trovato difficoltà nell'individuare l'ingresso. le prese elettriche sono vecchie e poco sicure, e la casa ha lo stile montano un po' datato. la zona notte è unica ed è composta da letto matrimoniale con uno scomodo materasso e due letti singoli in buoni condizioni. la zona giorno giorno è molto ampia e ci sono due balconcini per godersi l'aria di montagna! parcheggio privato e vicinissima al centro a piedi , ad un parco giochi e all'accesso ad un percorso per raggiungere in lago nero in 1 ora di cammino. il bagno è separato, ha il bidet (!) ma mancanza punti di appoggio . l'esperienza è stata comunque molto positiva, abbiamo soggiorno con due bambini piccoli

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce ponieważ można się tam poczuć wyjątkowo komfortowo. Zdjęcia nie oddają nawet do końca piękna tego miejsca. Apartamenty zostały przygotowane z najwyższa starannoscia, otoczenie jest urokliwe, dostępne są wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe, zorganizowane w taki sposób aby każdy mógł poczuć się swobodnie. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa codziennie dba o czystość całego ośrodka, jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Na miejscu dostępny jest piękny basen z komfortowy mi leżaka mi, parasolami, prysznicem i toaleta tuż obok. Wszystko zostało wykonane na wysokim poziomie. Gospodarze to przemili, uczyni i otwarci ludzie, każdego gościa witają z nie bywała serdecznością, są pomocni w każdej kwestii, doradzą w zakresie lokalnych restauracji, atrakcji. Do morza zaledwie 7min spacerkiem. Gospodarze to przemili, otwarci ludzie, sprawia, że poczujecie się u nich naprawdę dobrze! Polecamy z całego serca zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi!

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

De accommodatie was verder van het centrum dan we hadden verwacht, ongeveer 35-45 minuten rijden. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 25-30 minuten afstand. Dit is goed om in gedachten te houden als je veel boodschappen wilt doen. Het handigst is om voor een aantal dagen boodschappen te doen en, als je richting het centrum gaat, een volle dag aan activiteiten te plannen. De afstand tot het centrum hadden we zelf ook beter moeten onderzoeken. Het privéstrand daarentegen is heerlijk rustig en perfect om in te zwemmen, wat het verblijf erg ontspannend maakte. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van de activiteiten die door Marko worden aangeboden, zoals het zwembad, de basketbal- en biljarttafel. Dit zorgde voor voldoende vermaak tijdens ons verblijf. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle faciliteiten die naar behoren werkten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de douche was krachtig en warm, wat altijd fijn is. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad!

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Mykola was an excellent host, from the reservation until checkout. he was very responsive and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything, so much so that I mentioned a toaster would be perfect and that day we had a toaster. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. It has a nice Jacuzzi on the deck. We had everything we needed. The cottage is very private. We felt that we were the only ones there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. we stayed for 5 nights. Highly recommended.

Daria and Damir were absolutely amazing. Our drive up the mountain was much more challenging than expected due to it being night and rain (late flight). We had a lot of trouble because of this but our hosts made sure to help us anyway they could. Damir was even so kind to refuel our car! They were incredibly helpful and super sweet, absolutely lovely hosts! The accomodation is also just absolutely beautiful and a great cozy place to stay !

Would fully recommend, such a stunning location with Tara River and beautiful mountains surrounding the cabin. Luka was exeptionally helpful, responsive, accommodating and a gracious host! :-)
