Michela war eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Check in und check out waren super einfach und flexibel. Von Restaurants, Stränden, Ausflügen etc. hat Sie ein tolles Handbuch zusammengestellt. Alles genau wie in der Beschreibung - wir haben vor allem die untere Couch-Lounge genossen, sowie den kleinen Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Ebenfalls sind die Küchen mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Straße ist wir von Michaela offen kommuniziert etwas laut, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Für starke Kaffeekonsumenten empfehle ich eine Bialetti oder Ähnliches mitzunehmen. Ansonsten sind Kapsel-Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden. Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

Cute Little cabin in lovely garden setting. Great views over the water. Private and easy walking distance to the port and restaurants.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

The place was great, the views were amazing, the location was perfect, and Luci was an amazing host. She goes above and beyond trying to make sure you have everything!

Our stay at the fattoria di Peruzzo was an absolute delight. We were hoping for a peaceful break in Tuscany and Peruzzo delivered! From waking up every morning to a breathtaking view, exploring the olive groves to lighting a cozy fire in the evening, we were absolutely blown away. We loved exploring the Grosseto region and were given fantastic recommendations of key attractions from Giulia. I will be recommending this amazing farm stay to friends looking for a place to visit in Tuscany!
