Montepulciano : locations de vacances dans des cottages

We stayed at this lovely cottage in late November and we were delighted with every aspect of the stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and was well equipped. The hot-tub was wonderful and sitting there on a chilly night with a view of SG was amazing. Annalisa and Davide were really nice and friendly and very helpful- great hosts. It was about 35 minutes to walk to the town, so quite walkable, and wonderfully quiet and rural (one morning there were 3 deer walking past the window). We had a very nice day out in Sienna which was easy to drive to. I would definitely recommend this place as somewhere really special.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

We loved our visit to Massimo's home. We stayed in this home during our Tuscany tour. Beatrice allowed us to leave our luggage before check in which was very convenient as we didn't want to leave them in the car during our visit to Siena. While it was a bit far from places like Pienza and Cortona (about 1 1/2 hours), it was incredibly convenient to our car drop off in Florence and our visits to Siena and San Gimignano. I HIGHLY recommend using the link they send to arrive. I once simply typed in the address and Google Maps took me to three locations in San Casciano (one up a very steep mountain!) before I remembered that I had a different link. I can't say enough about relaxing in a hot top over looking the vineyards as the sun sets. You should definitely pay the extra cost!

Siamo stati accolti da Niccolò , perfetto in tutto , ci ha dato tanti consigli sia sui posti da vedere che sul dove andare a mangiare , li abbiamo seguiti tutti e siamo stati da Dio! Il cottage molto carino , dispone di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni più lunghi , la vista meravigliosa ,e la vasca idromassaggio una chicca , sia di giorno che di sera . Ci hanno accolti con una bottiglia di spumante ed i Petali rossi , cosa per niente scontato, tutto perfetto , grazie mille Natasha e Niccolò 😊

Casetta incantevole all’interno di un grande bosco. Ideale se cercate relax e tranquillità. Posizione ottima se amate il trekking e gli animali selvatici. La vasca idromassaggio esterna permette di rilassarsi sotto le stelle. Camino e cucina attrezzatissima rendono confortevole l’interno della casa. Gloria e Giorgio sono state persone super disponibili ed educatissime

Endroit de rêve et magnifique! Vous ne pouvez demander mieux. Une vue imprenable, il manque de rien à l’intérieur, lit confortable, etc.., Sans oublier le bel accueil d’Elena et du bon vin 🍷 qu’elle nous a laissé ainsi qu’une grande bouteille d’eau.

Letizia's place is beautiful. In the middle of the woods and olive fields but still about 10 min drive to Siena. The house has a beautiful open garden, our dog loved it. The little road leading to the house is a little bumpy but we were with a van and had no problem to get there. Apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Letizia's apartment and would love to come back!

Casina completamente ristrutturata in posizione tranquilla e appartata in mezzo ad un bellissimo uliveto. Peccato esserci andati in inverno e non aver potuto godere degli spazi esterni.

Such a beautiful place!!! Loved staying here outside the hustle and bustle of Florence. The place is huge - big living room and good sized bedroom. Also has the cutest little kitchen!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Vito. La maison est très bien agencée et propose de nombreux équipements. L’endroit est idyllique entouré de champs d’oliviers et en hauteur permettant une vue exceptionnelle sur la Toscane. La piscine est tout bonnement fantastique, spacieuse et extrêmement entretenue grâce au bras droit de Vito qui prend grand soin de toute la propriété . C’est une adresse à retenir absolument que nous recommandons fortement.

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

We, 2 couples a baby and a dog, enjoyed our week at this lovely location. After a quite rocky and adventurous road, the house is situated in the midst of the beautiful tuscan landscape with wine hills and olive trees. From the lovely pool which was only for us we enjoyed those lovely views. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a nice barbecue ourside. Florence is reachable within about 45 minutes by car and there are two little towns about 10-15 minutes away with big grocery stores, restaurants and gelaterias. Andrea and Gianni were super helpful, responsive and lovely hosts. We would highly recommend Le Spugne.

Wij hebben bijna twee weken verbleven in het huisje van Leonardo en we hebben heel erg genoten. Het zwembad was voor ons een echte uitblinker. Je hebt het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf alleen en is prive gelegen. De omgeving is erg rustig en het uitzicht vanaf het huisje fantastisch. Wel zal je even in de auto moeten zitten om een grotere supermarkt te bezoeken (~20 minuten) of naar een stadje te gaan (Sienna, Perugia bijvoorbeeld). Wij genoten juist van de rust en het weer en de privacy. Er is op loopafstand een restaurantje wat zeker een aanrader is! Het huisje zelf was erg goed schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen en Leonardo bood ook nieuw beddengoed aan na een week als we dat wilde, heel netjes. Verder is het huisje wel simpel te noemen en het is niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt zit er in (koelkast met vriezer, vaatwasser, goede TV, goed internet, etc) en als je daar op vakantie ben, ga je natuurlijk ook niet binnenzitten... Misschien komen we nog eens terug!

Beautiful little cottage! My young daughters (5 & 2) loved being around Daniella’s dog and the beautiful surroundings of olive trees and being able to disconnect with electronics. We even got to see how olives were harvested early in the morning. We were even given a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Daniella was very helpful! And out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, the beds were very comfortable!! It is very secluded and the road is very curvy so if you get car sick, take your motion sickness meds. Other than that, I would stay here again! My 5 year old loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave. Thank you Daniella!

La dependance è molto bella e accogliente, con uno stile "antico" ma con servizi moderni, arredamento curato, bello e funzionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci siamo sentiti accolti dai proprietari, che abitando a pochi metri ci hanno invitato a non esitare a disturbarli per ogni evenienza. La posizione è ottima, con vista a 360 gradi sulle colline circostanti, a pochi minuti dal casello dell'autostrada anche se dalla casa è impossibile dirlo. Punto di forza ovviamente la jacuzzi esterna, ottima per il relax serale dopo aver girato tutto il giorno. Ci ha fatto piacere ricevere la visita mentre eravamo nel portico dei vari amici a 4 zampe che sono stati molto coccoloni! Se capita ci tornerò molto volentieri!

perfect place in Tuscany we stayed 7 days and it was perfect to explore Tuscany and to relax at the pool side. The house is very charming in Tuscany style Laura even left us coffee water and Prosecco. One if the best stays during our Italy trip

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Antonello. Il est très accueillant, en dépit du fait qu'il ne parle qu'Italien, et allemand, si je ne me trompe pas. Il a été tres compréhensible sur le fait que nous arrivions plus tôt que l'heure prévue. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages et la nourriture que nous avions apportée de notre précédent logement, chez lui. A notre retour, nous avons été agréablement surpris de voir qu'il avait tout transféré dans notre location et avait même mis nos bouteilles au réfrigérateur 🤩. La piscine est superbe, à très bonne température, et les transats à disposition, sont confortables, il y a même une douche, ce qui est très bien. Vous pouvez mangez à l'extérieur, à l'ombre, il y a différents espaces à votre disposition. En résumé, nous pouvons dire que nous avons passe un excellent séjour, dans un magnifique environment, calme, aménagé avec goût. Il faut prévoir d'y venir en voiture, si vous souhaitez visiter....

Fiona is a great host. She was really friendly and always eager to help. The house is super cosy and well equipped. The kitchen is great, there was everything we needed to cook delicious Italian dishes. We loved the fire burner. I can highly recommend this quiet place to anyone willing to rest from the bustling city life. The internet connection could be better but this is a very remote location so there’s probably nothing the host can do to improve it. The pool closes in October. It was too cold there to use it but it could have been mentioned in the offer. The quite high (300 eur) deposit for electricity was required and this should have been mentioned as well. It hasn’t been returned to us yet so I can’t say how high the bill for electricity could be. Anyway, this is a really nice place and we had a great time there.

What a wonderful home and location! All was exactly what we could have hoped for and more. Interior of Veronicas home is comfortable, clean and warm. We lacked for nothing. The exterior is amazing! Spent most of my time outside in awe of the view . Veronica and Antonella were so welcoming. So helpful with instructions and places to see. Thanks to both of them for sharing this beautiful place. A gift indeed for us.

Wir waren im Januar/Februar vier Wochen in Letizias Haus und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Wir hatten im Haus alles, was man für eine Workation benötigt, Internet ist stabil, die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, wir haben zwei Räume als Arbeitsplätze genutzt. Im Obergeschoss kann man gut mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, viele Töpfe, Pfannen, genügend Geschirr, auf dem Gasherd macht es richtig Spaß zu kochen. Zumal im Supermarkt, 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, sehr guter Fisch und Gemüse zu kaufen ist. Der menschenleere Strand ist keine 100 Meter entfernt, der Ort ist zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig, einige Restaurants sind geschlossen. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass unsere Hunde auch mal draußen in der Sonne liegen konnten. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Vielen Dank Letizia!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato qui assieme a una coppia di amici per un paio di notti. Ci serviva un punto vicino a Lucca e l’alloggio è stato più che ottimo per le nostre necessità. Appartamento su due piani veramente ampio, dotato di tantissimi comfort, moderno e pulitissimo. Zona molto tranquilla e facile da trovare col navigatore. La descrizione fornita sul sito rappresentava al 100% quello che abbiamo trovato. Stefania è sempre stata proattiva nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo ed è stata molto cordiale anche quando ci ha accolti. Veramente un’ottima esperienza e rapporto qualità/prezzo buonissimo!
